This was my second experience with Best Builders! First go around was due to water damage to the basement. They would be there and kept me posted regarding how the project was going. They started before 8a most days and even worked the weekend! So impressed I hired them for generalized maintenance, painting, etc! They will be invited back! Great job and so professional!

House was struck by lightening and power and ac went off. Electric company restored power but they couldn’t tell if ac was getting enough power. Contacted Nationwide to open a claim and they recommended Best Builders as one of their contracted companies. A representative of Best Builders came the following day along with an electrician who tested the power. They were there less than 5 minutes and charged me 325$. I have an electrician that I have used several times and he stayed up to 2 hours and charged me less than 325$. Lesson learned.

The best decision I made was using Best Builders for my repairs. Great communications from start to finish. Excellent workers and workmanship. They made the repairs easy and worked very well with my insurance. Do yourself a favor and call them. Thanks B

This company has talented, detail oriented, caring employees who did an excellent job on my bathroom and bedroom remodel.

In June of 2023 a car ran through my house & I was completely lost in what to do next. My insurance company suggested Best Builders & I just said sure. Not having a clue on how it to get my life put back together again. They contacted me that day and had my "hole" boarded up, talked me through the process & answered every dumb (lol) and not so dumb question I had. They were patient with me, their crews were extremely professional, fast & did fantastic work. It was a long process so I developed a rapport with my Project Manager Sam, & he was fantastic in double checking everything, catching things I would have missed & making sure I was happy with the work done. They were the go between myself & my insurance company when I was panicking about having mismatched brick and were able to get my entire house done. I just cannot say enough good things about them. If anyone asks me "who my contractor is", from now on I have an answer "Best Builders".

We had a slow start, but once we got started everything went smoothly. The workers worked hard and did a fantastic job. When they were working on repairing my walls from the water damage they not only did a great job, but they went above and beyond expectations. After my walls were repaired and painted in my kitchen and garage they were ready to replace the flooring in my bedroom and closet. It didn’t take long before they were finished with everything. The general contractor monitored every step to ensure that each step was completed properly and was always available to answer any questions I may have. It was a pleasure working with them to get my home back together. I would refer them to anyone needing assistance in repairing or remodeling their homes.

Best Builders is excellent to work with. They are very attentive to my needs and what I wanted to do with my house. They kept me on budget, were timely in a full house remodel (only 3 and 1/2 months) and very attentive to detail. I would recommend Best Builders every time for a house remodel!

One of the best Restoration Companies in Arkansas. The team is extremely knowledgeable and professional in all they do. The guys are some of the most hardworking guys. Their Office Manager Dee is hands down the best lady and willing to always go above and beyond. Going with them you will not be disappointed AT ALL. Keep up the amazing work team!!

I had a long and horribly complicated restoration project related to a tornado-damaged property tied up in an estate. Not only were the folks at Best Builders prompt, responsive and incredibly helpful, at times it seemed like they were the only thing keeping me sane. They were absolutely outstanding to work with, they were reasonably priced and their work was fantastic—everything looks better than it ever did before. I would recommend Best Builders every time; they are the Best of the Best of the Best! Five stars plus!!

I wish I could give this company a better rating, but my experience has been incredibly disappointing. In September 2024, Best Builders replaced our roof, and during the process, they damaged our AC unit. This happened on a Friday, and despite multiple attempts to reach them over the weekend, they completely ignored our calls. As a result, my pregnant wife and I were left scrambling to find someone to fix the AC, which ended up costing us an unexpected $1,200.
After finally getting in touch with them, Mike came out to assess the damage and assured us that they would take responsibility and make things right. Unfortunately, months passed with no communication. Then, out of the blue, Mike showed up to inform us that he had found some code that absolved them of any responsibility for the damage caused by their crew. This felt like a betrayal of the promise he made when he stood in our garage.
When I reminded him of his assurance, all he could muster was a half-hearted “sorry.” It’s disheartening to see a company fail to stand by their commitments and instead spend months trying to find loopholes to avoid accountability.
I cannot recommend Best Builders based on my experience. If you value integrity and reliable customer service, I suggest looking elsewhere

From start to finish, the team at Best Builders helped me make the best out of a bad situation after a storm caused damage to my home and garage. They were wonderful working with my insurance company and I'm absolutely pleased with the final project. The project included master bedroom restoration, garage demolition and total rebuild and deck demolition and rebuild. Special thanks to Wes and Heath for handholding me through the process!
