My inverter went out.. so i tried to get in contact with the original installers. It turned out they packed there bags and shut down. I was desperate to find a certified installer to get my system back up and running.. thank goodness I contacted EVA Solar. They understand my situation and frustration and was more than help me out. Came out within a few days on first contact. Fast,Friendly and very knowledgeable.

Jaimin Vashi and his team provide excellent service throughout the process. Jaimin is accessible for questions even after the project is over. We are two years post-install and continue to enjoy our 11 dollar electric bills.

Excellent Service !! I am a new homeowner with a Solar system and needed help with the proper procedures to shutdown the system so I could do some shop wiring. Jaimin from AEV Solar gave me a detailed breakdown of my system, what equipment I have, the power output, warranty and monitoring information along with proper shutdown instructions ( YouTube had it wrong ) A+++

The guys at AEV Solar were phenomenal to work with from start to finish. They answered all of my questions quickly and were able to design the most cost-effective system for my needs. They took care of all communication regarding permits and with the electric company. Aside from filling out a few forms, I didn’t have to do a thing. And the best part - the whole process was stress free! The crew had the panels installed within 2 days and I started harnessing my own energy from the moment they were turned on. I haven’t yet received my first electric bill but based on projected charges, I’m already saving a ton. I can’t wait to see what the next few months look like! They were great! Got my panels installed quickly at a cost far far lower than anyone else. They also used panels made in the USA which I felt great about. Although I only have a small system it has really cut my bills bravo AEV

I have now had my panels for a couple of years and they have saved me a ton of money on my bills so much so that I am looking to add some more and move off the grid(at least for electricity). So I’d like to ask a favor if this sways anyone to get panels tell them Geoffrey Y sent you this way I can possibly afford a battery for my system soon.

When I contacted AEV Solar I stated I was interviewing several companies and they encouraged me to do that. After all my research I can flatly state: talking to the other companies was a waste of time. Jaimin Vashi was the AEV engineer who came to my home and spent several hours with me. He arrived with a schematic of our property with the roof line and proposed panels. He was thorough, very patient as he explained the system ( I am new to solar) and I felt NO pressure. It was installed on one of the hottest days; however, the workers were polite, efficient and coped well in the hot attic. They were a pleasure to have around! Nataisha is in the office and keeps everyone on schedule and she is always accessible. The system was inspected by the city and Entergy and up and running quickly. Now I look at the APP on my phone and watch the number of kWh produced! This is perfect for an old woman who likes a cool house! This company is easy to work with, knowledgeable and they were the most competitive price to boot! I recommend this company if you want a job well done.

Nataisha was awesome over the phone. I explained how my solar company had gone out of business and I didn't know who to call to find the problem I was having and fix it. She explained what they could and couldn't do and the initial cost. But she also referred me to Enphase because she said it sounded like their device might be part of the problem. It was! Nataisha did not charge me for an unnecessary service call (that started at $500 because I wasn't their client). She helped me for no charge over the phone with good advice. In a time where so many are just after a fast buck, it was refreshing to find someone willing to help with a "fast buck" mentality. Thank you. If I do need an actual service call, I'd be comfortable calling this company.

I am delighted to share my positive experience with the entire team that worked on my solar system. The crew communication was exceptional, providing thorough explanations of the system's components, pricing details, warranty coverage, and overall functionality of the solar panels. Jaimin, in particular, showcased an impressive depth of knowledge and was always willing to clarify any queries. I left the interaction feeling completely satisfied and inclined to engage their services again in the future.

While the team outside the office demonstrated excellence, I believe there's room for improvement within the office staff. Enhancing attention to detail and thoroughness in document preparation and follow-up could elevate the overall performance. Despite this suggestion, my overall experience was positive, and I wholeheartedly recommend their services.

This was true from our very first interaction with Jaimin Vashi, the Project Engineer and Modeler, to Sales persons, Office and Customer Service persons (especially Nataisha Roberts), as well as the Solar Array Installers and their Leads who ALL worked energetically and tirelessly throughout very hot and humid summer days. I want to personally thank AEV solar for being able to step in and assist us when our solar company abandoned us. AEV came in and uninstalled and reinstalled our solar panels within 2 weeks during our roofing project. Nataisha Roberts had the knowledge to work with our insurance company too! Thank you so much! AEV lassoed the sun for us in August 2021, and we've never looked back. This is a followup to my first review of AEV, which I wrote in February 2022, and this is another glowing assessment. Jaimin and John exude integrity, genius, proficiency, and professionalism, and they're really smart and nice as well. About 10 months after AEV launched our system, I asked Jaimin to check something, and he discovered that our inverter was blown, which means that Elon Musk wasn't producing electricity as he had promised. When Jaimin discovered the issue, our panels hadn't been producing for several weeks. We had to wait several more weeks for our new inverter, which was hung up in the post-COVID supply chain debacle (Jaimin kindly kept us posted on progress), so we still weren't producing power. Which means we were back to taking electricity from ENTERGY. We didn't make our own electricity for about two months, but amazingly, thanks to the miracle of net metering (which won't last forever, get it while you still can!), we already had sent so much power back to the grid, we never spent an extra dime on electricity, And that made the bean counters, stockholders, and KWH people at ENTERGY sad and, I hope, grouchy. The original inverter had been in service for less than a year, so AEV restarted the clock on our 25-year warranty. We didn't even ask for that consideration. These guys are quality. To put our success into perspective, when I called ENTERGY to inquire about selling our excess power back to ENTERGY, the fellow on the other end of the line was amazed at the amount of power we had banked with them. For nearly three years now, we haven't paid a dime for electricity, and even better, the power company owes us a wad of cash, which we hope to put towards a power wall someday (if ENTERGY ever sends us the money) and kiss the grid goodbye.

This review is from the beginning when I got to Solar to looking back one year later.

I'm an engineer and have always been interested in going solar; I wanted to pay cash for the install and AEV was great to work with me on this.

I received 4 solar quotes, 2 from national companies and 2 from local companies - my electric bill averaged around $120/month for my 1800 sq. ft. house and AEV recommended a 7.2 kW system. AEV had the best price for the exact same components as the national companies and I was impressed with their ability to get back with me promptly and professionally - one of the national companies was over $10,000 higher than the quote I received from AEV.

I signed the contract and less than a month later, the solar panels were installed and generating electricity. I have Entergy - AEV handled all the Net Metering paperwork and I really just needed to sit back and watch. The first month's production exceeded their estimate by about 5% - the production estimates have installed the panels in about 5 hours from start to finish.

I have nothing but good things to say about AEV solar - I wished they had yard signs because all my neighbors are asking me about what company I used!

Update: 1 year later
I had no downtime at all. After the first full year, the panels produced 10.5% more kWh than the guaranteed output. I am very pleased.

I had AEV install my system in September 2020 and it was a very good experience from start to finish. They took the time to answer my questions and helped me understand how everything worked. I had an inverter go down couple weeks ago and they replaced it free of charge. So I can honestly say they stand behind their products and warrantee. They were among 3 companies I had met with and just felt they would be dependable and honest. I think I choose wisely and highly recommend them.

This is a great and serious company. Jaimin is extremely knowledgeable. He is not a salesman. He's a solar tutor. The company's 3 prong approach to understanding the solar world made me comfortable with speaking about the process.
From what I could gleam from other companies, the quotes were well below average. The 25 year warranty is a big deal as well.
When we decide to go fully solar, we'll definitely be calling AEV Solar.

Working with AEV Solar has been an absolute delight. Unlike every other solar company I interacted with, the staff at AEV Solar are absolute professionals and respectful of your time.

I filled out the contact form on their website and Nataisha reached out to me in a few minutes to get the ball rolling and it was smooth sailing from then on out. She hustled and took care of everything to get my system installed and operational even when my utility company was being difficult. To top it all off, the system was installed a week early.

Jaimin, who designed my system and went over all of the details with me, was fantastic as well. He has an engineering background and it absolutely shows. He was able to back up everything he told me with facts and figures and he did not resort to high pressure sales tactics that every other company tried. Basically, he was more of a subject matter expert that made sure I had all of the information I needed to make an informed decision. The system he designed also had twice the production capacity at half the price of the last company I received a quote from.

I wish I remembered the names of the installation crew but they were fantastic as well. They arrived on time and had the system installed in a day. They were respectful of my home and cleaned everything up before leaving and the only evidence that they were ever here is the solar array on my roof.

As soon as the panels are paid for, I am absolutely reaching back out to them to have batteries installed to complete my system.

AEV solar did an outstanding job. We had to wait several months for Tesla power walls but it was worth it. Jamin, the lead engineer on this project, explained everything in detail and in layman’s terms so we understood. Natisha was the glue that held it all together, coordinating between the customer and the electric company and Tesla. All in all a pleasant experience. I did a lot of research on solar companies before selecting AEV. If you are considering solar, AEV is the company you want to use.

These people are absolutely amazing. They are very informative and keep you posted every step of the way. Jamin went above and beyond talking with Entergy about our transition, he put offers on the table that most people wouldn't care about. Natisha is absolutely wonderful, she has continued to check in to see how things are going and helped us with any questions we had!! Their working staff, was friendly, accommodating and were very clean, they picked everything up when they were done! It was greatly appreciated!! I have already given verbal referrals and will continue to do so! Thank you so much for all you have done and will continue to do for people! Keep up the amazing work!!
