Quick response to our call! not just get the power restored. Within 5 minutes he had the power restored, however Randall took his time on a Saturday to figure out the issue & fix it. He even fixed some electrical outlets that have not worked in years! Thanks for your quality work Randall!

Dreamland investment is a company I trust for any home-improvement needs.

First phone call to request a consultation was on Saturday.

The date the consultation was booked the following Monday, a reminder text was sent on Sunday. A phone call was made on Monday morning informing me they’re on their way, extremely professional.

I had a simple electrical issue that only required two days work. Due to the weather, the rain delayed Mrs. Scott, he provided communication every step of the way to inform me of his availability based on the weather. Once the job was completed, Mr. Scott provided a detailed description his work and how it should work and followed up 2 weeks after. He reassured me that if I had any issues to please contact him.

It’s very hard to find quality contractors that you can trust but Dreamland Investments have proven not only can I trust them, but I will receive a quality service.

I wish I could give Randall Scott with Dreamland Investment Properties ZERO stars. Before this most recent job I hired him for, my mother and I, who are both licensed realtors in the state of Arkansas, have used him personally and referred him professionally to our clients without any problems. However, that was definitely NOT the case when I hired him as my main contractor for one of my investment properties. I first hired Randall back in April of 2023 to only work on the electrical for my property, at which time he proposed he could do most of my remodeling work given that he had experience as a general contractor. We discussed the scope of work and moved forward with him handling most of the remodeling for around $8K and only taking about 1 month for completion.

It’s August of 2023 as I write this and the remodeling we agreed on him doing for my property is still NOT COMPLETE. At this point, I’ve had to cut my losses and try to start with a new contractor that will have to come in and complete Randall’s subpar/mediocre work.

Randall has NO consistent crew working with him even though he told me before starting the project that he had the resources to efficiently complete the job. Given that, I learned throughout the process that Randall himself actually does not know what he’s doing, so he has to rely on his non-consistent crew to do everything. Every time I would ask Randall when I could expect him to have the job completed, he would tell me a day, and that day would come but there would either be LITTLE OR NO PROGRESS. I tried even cutting down the scope of work we initially agreed on by telling him I would hire other contractors to reinstall new flooring, but that didn’t even help speed things up. Some days I would show up to check on my house and NO-ONE would be there working. Randall left my garage full of garbage from the job and thought it would be okay to store his trailer there while off working on other jobs on the side. RANDALL IS UNPROFESSIONAL, NOT A MAN OF HIS WORD, LAZY, AND CAN’T FINISH ANYTHING HE STARTED!

Instead of just doing whatever it took to get the job DONE to my (the customer’s) satisfaction, Randall made excuses for why the job was severely delayed. Not once has he offered to give me back all or some of the money from the draws I paid him on time nor has he been sincerely apologetic for the stress, worry, and financial burden this has caused me. I will NEVER use nor refer to anyone else again Randall for any type of contracting or electrical jobs. I’D RATHER TAKE MY CHANCES WITH SOMEONE ELSE, AND YOU SHOULD TOO!

I had a great experience with Dreamland Investment Properties for electrical work done at my home. They were professional, knowledgeable and completed the job in a timely manner. What stood out most was their honesty and transparency throughout the process. They were patient in clearly explaining what needed to be done and provided trustworthy guidance. Their quality of work gave me a peace of mind and I would recommend Dreamland Investment Properties to anyone needing reliable electrical services.

I have purchase networking supplies for years from several branches of Graybar all across the country.
Today I needed a simple Ethernet coupler and a short pre terminated cable (10-25’).
The person answering my call said they don’t have those things here. At least not in stock………
I was in shock and can’t decide if it’s true or I just wasn’t spending enough money for this persons trouble….
