Deante and his apprentice Christian were top notch. I know a little bit about circuits so I understand what happened NOW that Deante troubleshot for about a half hour and figured it out. I'd have never figured it out myself. Once he tracked down the problem, he professionally removed the faulty wiring and put it back together. (which was a challenge with the way the circuit was) He took the time to make sure everything was insulated and buttoned up, and cleaned up after himself.

Very smart and polite. He's my electrician from now on.

I had a great experience with Mr. Electric! Their technician, Deante, was incredibly helpful in diagnosing and fixing an issue with a garage door that had no power going to the motor. He was professional, knowledgeable, and efficient—he quickly found the problem and got everything working again without any hassle. It’s such a relief to work with someone who knows what they’re doing and takes pride in their work. I’ll definitely be calling Mr. Electric again for any future electrical needs. Highly recommend!

I asked him for an invoice. He said it would be emailed to me. I didn’t receive it. I called Mr. Electric and left a voicemail. I received a call back voicemail. I called that number and left another voicemail. I still haven’t received the invoice.

Mr Electric staff Deante and an assistant came out and assessed my needs for junction boxes in the attic, wiring up a room addition, and a couple of other things. My installation was scheduled with Deante for the following week. There was a delay that pushed my job back a day and the technician who quoted me wasn’t available to do the job. The office staff was very pleasant and friendly.
I provided a detailed list of things I needed done which all but two things were discussed with Deante- I wanted a 220 plug disconnected and a microwave line added. Trini came with his assistant Jay (who I knew when he was a kid) to do the job but didn’t finish the attic wiring nor did he start the wiring to the addition. He said it was due to lack of supplies- plus he arrived at 1pm to do an attic job- It Was HOT! Trini seemed to be frustrated about the job. I thought it was unprofessional of Trini to try to discredit Deante regarding the wiring job ticket which was pretty straight forward. And I told him “let’s not throw Deante under the bus”. Trini questioned my list saying that there was no mention of a GfCI plug being installed in the kitchen and the water heater box being added. I told him there was. He said well the job quote with Deante was recorded with audio- ( I wasn’t aware of the recording nor was I asked for my permission to record but it didn’t matter-) Deante and I had discussed adding a GFCI outlet to the kitchen sink counter area and putting the wires for the water heater in a box. I told him to check the recording. Trini and Jay left at the end of the work day. Deante was able to return to get the work as quoted done except for the GFCI box - which he did return to do. The water heater box was placed where it wouldn’t be accessible with a new tall water heater so I requested that it be moved to a side wall toward the front of the closet. The bottom line is that the work was completed within 2 weeks of getting my quote & I will use Mr Electric with Deante as my tech guy again.

Mr. Gordon was awesome! He quickly examined the issue at hand, identified the underlying cause and determined a solution. He was prompt and professional. He got the job done quicker than we expected!

Sam was super professional and courteous. He came in assessed the situation and quickly delayed all my fears. He had my light installed in minutes, and he even helped me with another small issue. Would highly recommend. Rates are reasonable.
