Customer service training is much needed at this location

Not only did they not have a standard product in, the person at the counter didn't want to look one up. Never have I seen someone so lazy that looking products up on a computer was too much.

I paid the price i was quoted for a new meter loop and all new switches and plugs inside the house. My kitchen lights don't work and half of my plugs are still not working.

Hired to rewire oven in kitchen, run wire to garage put in bathroom fan. Drilled holes in my floor instead getting in attic. Didn't rewire oven, drilled holes in cabinets and was going to put extension cord in. Everytime I plug two or more things in different rooms it blows breaker because too much ampage which is what were hired to fix. Ran wires to garage but missed first structure, drilled holes in my structure to run the wires BACK to where the missed. Then to garage then back to structure

I called Sellers Electric late on a Friday afternoon, and they picked up the generator at my home the following Monday. The owner, Mike, quickly diagnosed the problem the same afternoon. The generator has been fixed and was brought back to me two days ago. Waiting for the warranty parts to arrive at their shop was what took the longest.

The guys at Sellers Electric are great: Professional, fast, and with so many years of experience, they *absolutely* know what they are doing when it comes to electric generators.

Called because I was told to have an electrician look at something when I called I was under the assumption I’ll be quoted if repairs needed to be done. When they asked for payment I had my wife asked the guy to just bill us they said they can’t do that so my wife gave them her card info. I called the office and pretty much told them what happen and stated that I was going to pay just bill me they guy on the phone became rude and pretty much said I’m just trying to get out from paying when I stated to him I’ll pay just bill me. This business was very unprofessional and I won’t be using them in the future if I need an electrician.
