Technician very good, office staff service NOT acceptable, my maintenance service schedule by more than a month, when I called back staff was……., asked a manager to call me back more than almost 2 months back and still waiting, this late I don’t care!!!

Responded quickly to my service need. Electrician was friendly. However, I felt it took longer than it should have to complete the work and at $100/hr, that made it expensive. I supplied some of the materials needed to complete the work (except wire and the junction boxes) or he would have had to go get supplies. This was a simple move of a light switch and outlet installation.

I went back and forth many times with Alicia from Gary Houston Electric because our breaker was nearly full and I had an upgrade that I really wanted to do. Long story short, it wasn’t in the cards this time (without upgrading to 200A service), but they gave us the best solution short of that and for a very reasonable price.
