I have used Gary Houston Electric for many years. Their techs are always professional and extremely knowledgeable! They have always gotten the job done as quickly, efficiently, and correctly the first time. If I have ever had a major issue they have always been there the day of to get the issue resolved.

The customer support was just fine. the only problem I had was the electricians that came out both times. (one time they said that they would contact the inspector they did not. the inspector came out and he told me so himself and he was curious why they did not contact him. )the second job they came out and did my new electrical pole to my septic pump. they cut all the wires inside the box which made the plumbers sit there and reconnect everything instead of disconnecting it at the bottom of the box. where they can just wire it back to the pump station like they were supposed to. The plumbers I was talking to said that this job was one of the most miserable jobs they have ever seen done by an electrical company.
