As a real estate manager I’ve worked with a lumatech for a long time. they are professional and knowledgeable and insure that customers are pleased with their work. They go the extra mile. We highly recommend them for commercial lighting, signs, and lighting retrofit.

Our company used Lumatech for a very large project, completely replacing tennis court lighting with LEDs on 11 regulation tennis courts. They worked closely with Entergy to ensure that we received every incentive and rebate possible bringing our cost down to a manageable amount. We are now saving thousands of dollars a year on electricity. They worked around our event and lesson schedules to allow us to continue to do business while work was underway. Technicians were extremely knowledgeable, well spoken, and professional which was important to us as they were seen and in contact with our membership. Great communication throughout, keeping us in the loop every step of the way. Perhaps most importantly, we have recently had a warrantied issue which they immediately came to inspect and ordered parts for and continue to update us on arrival and work times. Dealing with contractors regularly, it is a rare occasion that I can say, very impressed with our entire experience with Lumatech.

Highly recommend. I own a company that provides similar electrical contractor lighting services to commercial property owners in NC. I've known the owners for more than 7 years through a professional organization that shares best practices. I know they treat their employees well. I know they provide the highest level of service to their customers. When one of my NC customers owns property in Littlerock and is looking for a quality contractor there, I only recommend Lumatech because I know that recommendation won't come back to bite me.

I've used Lumatech on several energy projects in and around central Arkansas and their work is exceptional. They are deeply knowledgeable of lighting design and service, stay up to date on the cutting edge of energy efficiency technologies, and provide a range of smart, modern value-added services. I love their transparent pricing (down to the exact number of wiring nuts needed), and the automated dispatch notices on service calls.

Brad and his guys did everything right the first time on our medium sized commercial project. And if we did need something changed or altered, they were happy to accommodate. Since completion, they have been back quickly anytime we had a question , concern or further requests. Very professional and much appreciated.
