Smart Comfort put in a new unit for me about four years ago and I’ve been using them regularly for maintenance. Recently, I had guests coming in for the weekend and my units stopped blowing cold air. It was a late Friday afternoon and I thought I was stuck. They came out immediately, fix both units and even performed the semi-annual maintenance at the same time. Good people.

So five stars are not nearly enough. I give these guys 10+.
Joel and Cole run a truly “smart” business with the way they offer excellent value on products/service while maintaining superb customer service. I’m continually impressed by their teams’ responsive performance every time they’ve been out installing my new HVAC system. I come from four generations of engineers, with one of my adult children being an engineering consultant to Harvard and Yale medical schools. I say that to let you know that Joel and Cole are equivalent in their level of professionalism and service....which is no small thing. Thanks again Joel and Cole.

Will recommend for everyone who needs quality and caring services. They are timely, and fair. Cole and his team saved us after our home was wrecked by a tornado. He was there when State Farm wasn’t.

This group was great! Not only was the price lower than the big company’s but the service was top notch.

Joel is passionate and very knowledge about heat and air and energy efficiency.

We got a new heat and air unit install and they took care of the rebate, WiFi thermostat, new AC, Heater , and were super fast. Measured our home, gave us an energy report and did way more than the larger “One and done” company’s!

We have been using Smart Comfort Inc. for years now and have been more that pleased the entire time. Randy is our service tech. He is always so nice and helpful. He also makes quick work of any problem that arises. I would (and do) recommend Smart Comfort Inc. to everyone!

We called because our office air was not cooling like it should. We had it serviced every year by a big named HVAC, or so we thought. Joel sent out his guys right away. They went above and beyond and after thoroughly cleaning our office system; we were running the next morning colder than we ever were. We noticed after our first electric bill following the cleaning how we already saved by not having our air conditioner work so hard. So impressed with the employees at Smart Comfort! Highly recommend!

I would recommend Smart Comfort to anyone needing help or repairs with their HVAC system. I sent Joel an email after 5 PM thinking I would get a response the next day and he called me within 10 minutes, I will never forget that. Every employee that has ever come out has been professional, friendly, knowledgeable, helpful and willing to take the time to answer my questions (Michael, Matt, Randy, Kris, and Joel). I really appreciate that Joel listened to our needs and issues we were having and gave us a list of prioritized options that fit our budget now but also helped us plan for the future.

Joel inspected my heat/air system and found several things that needed immediate attention while also making my home more energy efficient. He and his team are very professional and efficient and their response time to emergencies is unbeatable. Smart Comfort’s number will always be in my contacts.They are the best in customer service.

Smart Comfort did an amazing job. Great customer service. On top of great work on our AC unit replacement, they noticed a slight plumbing leak that while cost some extra money (with a plumbing company) it would have cost way more down the road if it wasn’t addressed. Big fan!

It’s good to find a good reputable and honest company. I’ve had a A/C unit installed and worked performed on my furnace. Cole and Randy are very professional and they get the job done. They are very quick to come out, usually the same day that I call. Quick diagnostics and fast service times

Cole, owner of Smart Comfort, was great to work with after our home was damaged by a tornado. He walked with us through the challenges that comes after a natural disaster and got us back in our home, which was much improved. He was available to address any concerns we had, and he strives for quality work.

AC crapped out on us late in the day on a hot summer night. Called around to a few other companies advertising emergency services and earliest availability was 5 days out. Called Smart Comfort and was assured a tech would be out same night and within 45 minutes Kaleb was ringing the doorbell. He is very knowledgeable, professional, and provided top tier service and within 30 minutes we had cool air coming through the vents. I highly recommend this company and will be using them for all of my HVAC needs.

I received 5 quotes to install a new A/C unit. I picked Joel at Smart Comfort because he seemed to be the most knowledgeable, best price, gave me options on what I needed, and plus I did not have to wait weeks to have it installed.
Kaleb and Randy installed a new A/C with heat pump last Thursday, 4-28-2022. They did a wonderful job. I have never been so excited to get a perfect A/C unit. My last A/C lasted 23 years and I hope this one does as well. I had my air on 70 and below all weekend...freezing. Plus, my furry babies love the new unit too. Thanks Joel, Kaleb, and Randy!!

I had Smart Comfort perform a Level 2 servicing, and they did an excellent job. Matt was very thorough and also walked me through what all he was doing and what the results meant. I will definitely be using them in the future for any HVAC needs!

Update: Thanks to Randy and Caleb for doing an excellent job fixing my AC! They did a great job and my house has cool air again!

I would highly recommend Smart Comfort for anyone’s HVAC needs. Joel was extremely knowledgeable and really listened to my concerns/questions while quoting the job. I was quoted only what I needed and didn’t get pressured for additional recommendations. Joel and his crew were able to schedule an A/C condenser replacement in between other already scheduled jobs so that I didn’t go without A/C for an extended period of time. They were extremely affordable and professional. The installation was clean, neat, and exceeded my expectations. And… the unit runs like a champ!

The guys took their time and fixed the problems I was having with my unit. I would highly recommend you give them a call

If you are looking to replace your HVAC Smart Comfort is the way to go. As it is no small investment, I had 8 companies quote the job with both a low and high SEER rated unit. Smart comfort offered me the highest seer rating at the lowest price. Joel came out and gave me the most thorough quote of all the companies. He tested to make sure that I needed the same size unit that was originally put in my house. I went with the Daikin Fit unit and I couldn't be happier with the choice.
I had some problems early on with unit. It would randomly turn off and give me a communication error. Joel had someone come out each and every time it happened to fix it. They eventually realized that the original communication wire didn't carry enough voltage for the unit, a problem they had never had before. They replaced the wire and the unit has run perfectly ever since. I was never charged for any of the calls on the new unit because Joel and his team stand behind their product and service and wanted make things right on the new unit.They are trustworthy and honest and you will be well served by Joel and his team.

These guy's are AMAZING. I contacted Joel and within 2 hours he had Matt come to my house. Matt took his time to find the issue. Matt was very professional and told me exactly what was wrong, walked me through everything. I needed a a brand new HVAC, inside unit, outside unit, new electrical, gas lines, etc. The next day Joel contacted me with a quote and took his time explaining to me what was wrong and what I needed. He made sure I understood. Matt brought me portable units and hooked them up for me to use inside to keep my home cool until the repair could be made. Randy and Khris showed up on Monday, VERY PROFESSIONAL!!! If they found something under my house that was wrong but not in their expertise, they made sure I knew and showed me pictures and told me exactly what needed to be done. Randy and Khris had my old units and everything removed and new ones put in and running in 2 days!!!!! They had to crawl in a tight space under my house, got ate up by fire ants and fought red wasps and NEVER complained!! I made sure I had wasp spray for when they returned the next day. Randy and Khris worked their butts off and I am forever grateful at the hard work and job they did. 100% recommended these guys over ANY other company in Arkansas!! Thank you Joel, Matt, Randy and Khris. ( Khris I remember your name starts with a K and not a C! Lol!!) You guy's are amazing!!!!!

Can’t say enough about Randy, Joel, and the crew at Smart Comfort. Had a bit of an emergency situation at a duplex. They came within a few hours, found the issue, did a winterizing and got the burnt part replaced. Just so good to work with and very fair on pricing. I can highly recommend them!
