Rain Drain did a great job on our new gutters, from the first call when Paul went over things to consider in getting a quote to John and the team showing up on time to get the work done right. The gutters look beautiful! And who says that about gutters?!

I was very pleased with the whole experience with Rain Drain. I requested a quote online and received a call and visit from Paul the next day. They were able to start and complete most of the work the following day. The time from initial contact to work completion was less than a week. The finished work looks great and the price was very reasonable. A small leak was identified and they've already had a crew out to fix it. Would definitely recommend them to anyone needing guttering work.

In July the 22nd of 2024 I purchased my gutters from rain drain gutter solutions today I'm so satisfied that God led me towards them that is a great company and I will do business with them only anybody need really new gutters for a reasonable price please do not hesitate to call this company they are very fair and very honest

Rain Drain response time to my needs was excellent. They came out the same day to assess my needs, gave me different options to choose from and walked me through the entire process. Their communication was excellent and the workmanship was amazing. The crew took care of my gutters in one day and did a great job of clean up. Recommended them to my family and friends.

A reasonable price for a superior product — a premium stainless steel micro-mesh gutter protection system that keeps out leaves, pine needles, and roof grit while allowing maximum water flow. Good explanation of the installation process. Reasonable installation timeframe. John, the crew lead, was awesome and very thorough throughout the installation.

These guys do great work, show up on time, pool is clean, all maintenance done with precision and care. Highly recommend!

If i can give them a ZERO i would. I called a week ago and spoke with Eric. We scheduled pool services for my apartment complex for May 20th,2020 at 8am. 8:15am rolled around and no one had shown up. I checked my planner to make sure it wasn't at 8:30am instead. Sure enough, appointment was scheduled for 8am. I called Eric and he said "OMG OMG I am on my way. I've been swamped and i totally forgot but im on my way". I was upset but understanding that at the end of the day we're all humans. He calls me back 2 minutes later and says "Can you tell me again how did you hear about us and what are we coming to service your pool for?" At this point I am irritated because this man doesn't even seem to know what planet he's living in. I explained I found him on google and we discussed draining my pool. He then tells me " Oh my brother just told me he doesn't want to service hotels or apartment complexes". Are you kidding me? A whole week ago, I sent pictures of my pool clearly you knew it's an apartment complex. He waited a whole week to tell me this when I could've hired someone else to do the job. This is unprofessional. DO NOT HIRE THEIR SERVICES!!! Eric seems to be biting more than he can chew. And if you do hire their services, don't expect them to show up.THEY CAN'T EVEN SPELL MAINTENANCE.

UPDATE: Eric had the audacity to call me back and asked me if i got my pool figured out yet. I mean would it make a difference if i did or not?

I've used them several times now to fix the maintenance problems that occur every few years on our in ground pool. They've replaced: the pool light fixture that was initially installed with a cheaper running longer lasting LED option, the stock pool pump with a variable speed pump, also saving me money long term, and just today swapped out the original sand media in the filter for ruby sand for better filtration. I keep my pool chemicals in check and haven't needed their cleaning or treatment services but they have helped every other aspect of my pool to run cheaper and more efficiently.

Thanks guys! As to the review about them being late, I've never asked for a specific day just said 'sometime this week' so I can't comment on scheduling.

Gutters are clean, the tech was on time and professional. After they were done they cleaned up after themselves and left. Happy with the outcome.

Overall, very satisfied with service and cleanliness. It took a bit to schedule the visit, but since we didn't necessarily need to be there for when it happened (and weather played a role) we were fine with the time frame.

Top of the line service. They're incredibly kind, straight forward with their customers, honest, and the do an excellent job. Ive used them a couple times and they consistently deliver good results.
