I have cleaned my own sectional before, but it takes me 4 hours with my little Bissell machine, I hate doing it, and then I find all the spots I missed when the couch dries....several more hours later. Then, I get to do the ottoman! Ugh.

A friend highly recommended Steamatic, so I called. I doubted them when they told me that they could have both couch and ottoman done in an hour. Well, Fredrick just left my house after, almost exactly, one hour of work. My 12 year old, cream colored couch looks several years younger and smells MUCH BETTER. He got several dogs and cats worth of dirt out of it (two resident dogs and two resident cats) and I'll never Bissell this thing again, unless it's some spot cleaning in between Steamatic treatments. :)

Team arrived on time. I had some remodel work done and the A/C was full of drywall dust. They cleaned all ducts and the ventilation system. The house smells better and our sinuses feel better.

Been using them for several years and today they tell me they will be here at 10:00-!0:30 and just got a call they overbooked and it will be 3 pm. Already cancelled an appointment I had this morning and post poned to this afternoon because they were going to be in my areas this morning and now I have to cancel it completely. Had I not moved all my small furniture, tables, big rugs,etc. I would have cancelled my carpet cleaning but I spent an hour getting ready for them by 10 am. .

Very professional from the first phone call asking questions throughout the whole process the level of service is the best. Lance Goss was the service tech that cleaned the ductwork in my house. He had a helper and I cant remember his name but both did a great job. Arrived on time. Cleaned everything up during and before they left my house. I can't say enough good things about the way this company operates its day to day business. Thanks again for the great service!

We had been suffering for months with a smothering sensation in our home. Steamatic came and cleaned our ducts, furnace & air handler. Within less than 24 hours we noticed a huge difference. We had some issues with our carpet, which is just 2 years old, and had a company clean the carpet. Don't call random businesses, you will waste a lot of money. I paid them and began looking at options to replace the carpet. I heard an add for Steamatic and called them to look at the damage, I also at their reviews online. I told them my problem which was soot from burning candles and incense. Black soot being circulated through the rooms left a light colored carpet looking like it was 20 years old. Another challenge that the Steamatic crew tackled was nail polish that was deposited in a large area as the bottle bounced across the carpet. Dark green nail polish and light color carpet do not belong together. Dwight, a man with 50 years of carpet cleaning and the owner of Steamatic, arrived promptly and assess the damage. He put his crew to work and supervised them as he addressed the damage. By the time the crew left they had achieved 100%+++ of what they said they would do. I would absolutely recommend Steamatic to anyone that needs carpet cleaning or any of their other services.

Steamatic came highly recommended from a local HVAC company we use; we moved into an older home and had an insane amount of dust coming back in the house. Jenn & Joe came out and did such a great job cleaning ducts, vents, and our furnace. It's been about a month now and it's insane the difference! The first trip out to clean carpets and upholstery left a little to be desired but after contacting the owner he and his tech Michael Quigley came back and absolutely made up for it! Talk about thorough... we couldn't be more satisfied! He appreciated us letting him know that things were missed and it gave him a chance to make it right. That's what customer service is all about.... they can't fix it if they don't know. I recommend this company and will use their services again.

I am very pleased with my carpet after James finished the cleaning process. I had a few spots I was concerned about and the process Steamatic uses removed those and my carpet now looks great again! Great ac duct cleaning and ac blower cleaning!! Will definitely use again! Very professional!! We keep a spotlessly clean house, and they were super-clean, so that no evidence was left of their visit! Great folks to deal with too! Highly recommend!

1. First Jennifer and David came to clean our heat/air vents. They were wonderful. Found that they did not need cleaning! Then they cleaned our heat/air units,... they looked like new when they finished! I can's say enough good stuff about this team. They kept us informed of progress with pictures and also with showing us finished ac/heat units. 2. In the afternoon, Cedrick and Fredrick (love the names) came to clean our couch and chairs. ANOTHER great team. Friendly, efficient, and thorough. I will always call Steamatic for all my cleaning needs!! And...will always request these two teams!

The technicians came out at 0900, and were completely finished by 1130. Both technicians were courteous and incredibly professional. I was home that day and got to witness them working, and they did an amazingly thorough job cleaning my ductwork, registers and intakes. I would recommend this company for all your home maintenance. The service and technicians were not only excellent, but the price of the service was as well. Great job!

I cannot say enough about how great my rug looked after I got it back. Everyone I spoke to from the first call to delivery were helpful, kind and very knowledgeable.
