My wife and I had been hearing the advertisements for years about getting your duct works cleaned and definitely knew ours needed it, but the question was who was the best.

I started doing my research on companies in the area and asking friends and coworkers, even a few HVAC tech friends of who they used or would recommend....well....all signs pointed to Steamatic Of Arkansas. Well short story, We definitely made the right decision. They did an excellent job, even discovered an issue of a loose duct and fixed that. The techs are also very well trained, and well spoken I might add. It’s been a few months now and wow what a difference in air flow and I’ve yet to see dust on anything. Call them today, you won’t regret it.

They were scheduled to come between 9-10am. They showed up at 9am on the dot. They did an extensive look through the house, explained how everything works including everything they would be doing that day and even told me ways to prevent the issue we had been having! They are very knowledgeable and considering everything they do---it is well worth the money! I recommend everyone get them out to do this service to their air ducts---you have no idea what you're actually living in and breathing in! Crazy! They cleaned up after themselves, sent me pictures of before and after, and called to let me know as soon as they were done! Very impressed! Joe and Jennifer were awesome!

A very professional team who worked carefully and tirelessly to clean my ductwork, which had apparently never been cleaned before. I cannot praise them enough for their efforts and persistence. They really did a great job. They were very thoughtful in taking care with my home and assessing next steps. Great communication on process.

Juan and John arrived on time and worked non stop for 10 hours.
They removed the fans from both units and cleaned on them
until they looked like new. The inside of every duct, the coils and
every vent cover were spotless and shiny. Every thing got disinfected.
They finished off with a thorough vacuuming.
I plan on using Steamatic again in five years.

Respectfully and professionally, Jennifer and I believe it was Jason, did a great job! I had a duct and vent cleaning service along with installing an UV Light. The first crew did the bare minimum. On a revisit to clean vents, Systematic re-inspected the work and honesty said the services need to be redone. I respect there honesty even though I had to sit through another day. They properly prep and cleaned ducts to include attics supply exchange and blower. They also discovered a little bit of mold and cleaned it out as well. After paying over $1,800 and being allergy and sinus suffer, I needed these to be corrected. Thank you for your honesty!

One of the office employee was real rude I am a 44 Yr old woman I was trying to explain a situation he started talking in the middle of the my conversation with him so that's when he told me to shut up and let him talk I feel that was real unprofessional I could've been a consumer doing a report on different business this young man name Mr. Steven Wait I feel he was unprofessional telling a grown woman to shut up he could've said well ma'am may you be quiet or could have let me finish I wouldn't mind but for him to tell me to shut up that is so unprofessional thank you and God bless you

Our company used ServiceMasters for two year. It was a so-so experience. There was many times that we'd have to contact the supervisor to let him know that something had been missed or hadn't been done. They were pretty good about getting someone out and for the next cleaning or two, that task would get done, but then it would start getting skipped again and we'd have to make contact again. When we originally signed our contract we were told there would be monthly service visits and quarterly formal reviews. The past roughly 6 months we did start to get our monthly service visits, but we've never completed a formal review. Once we cancelled our contract, they took their supplies as well as some of ours. We had a shelf of cleaning supplies that has been cleaned out, we have no idea what was all on it anymore because not only had we not cleaned in 2 years but the supplies was also probably 10+ years old, so no biggie, they probably did us a favor there to be honest. We also had a mop bucket that was missing. At first we were told there was no bucket before they came, but after insisting that we had one because I personally had used it prior to using ServiceMasters, they did bring us a mop bucket out. Overall, they have always been professional with us and did right any wrongs, but we do not feel we received a value when comparing the price we paid to the service we received.

I have used ServiceMaster at our office for 20 years. They have always been very attentive to all my needs. It's been a pleasure doing business with them.
