My sister in another state set up Cottage Care, and I couldn't be happier with the result! My mother has a large house that had not been well-maintained. Denisha and Angela went to work with lots of energy and determination! They started upstairs and worked their way out of the house, cleaning every inch. I'm not sure if the house has ever been this clean in all its 55 years! I highly recommend both the company and this team in particular!

We had been packing to put our house on the market and completely forgot to arrange a cleaner for pictures until a couple of days out. Brandy found a way to work us in though and we honestly could not be happier.
Danisha and Raven showed up exactly on time, masks on and ready to work! They were incredibly professional and upbeat and I instantly felt comfortable with them in our home. They really treated it with respect. Will 100% be using you guys again, thank you!

We have been using cottage care for almost a year now and absolutely love the service that they provide for our family! As a single mom, they have quite literally saved my sanity many times by allowing me to come home to a very well cleaned home. They are always professional and timely and Brandy, the manager, is always available to answer any questions or work with you from cleaning to cleaning to meet your family’s needs. I will always recommend them to my friends and family

We called Cottage Care a few weeks ago to schedule a cleaning for our 1300 sq. foot duplex. We were needing someone to come in and do a final clean out for us as we were moving into our first home. Cottage Care made the process very simple and contacted us with any questions they had. I never once had to contact them to confirm they were going to be there. I gave their manager instructions on what we wanted and he reassured me that the job would be done just as we requested-- and I didn't have to be there to ensure that. He was right. They did an excellent job on our duplex and I have no doubt that our deposit will be refunded to us! It looks way better than it did when we first moved in. The only "issue", if you wanted to call it that, were a few cobwebs here and there and some dust left over the door frames. Very, very minor. We will continue to use them in the future when our new house needs some work! It took so much stress off of us and we are thrilled to be able to get our deposit refunded in full. Definitely recommend!

Today Jazmine, Erika, and Reanna cleaned my home and I am so happy with the job that they did! It feels great to have a clean house and I got a chance to catch up on other things while they were here. They were friendly and professional and worked together to get the job done as quickly as possible. I definitely would like to have them back and appreciate the tidy, clean home that I can now enjoy stress free!

Erika and Brittany did a good job on my house! Kitchen especially looked wonderful.

Update: Bethany has been cleaning our home for a few months now and has been great!

The admin team is responsive and flexible with our availability. I’ve even requested extra cleaning days and they’ve been able to fit me in exactly when we’ve requested it.

It was my first time using a cleaning service. I was told that the manager Katie would be in touch to make sure to know what to expect. I loved the two techs that came but they both left and I was told they would be back the next day. I still hadn't talked to Katie and when she said she would call me back after i attempted to reach her 3 times I didn't think it would be the next day. The next day no one showered up and when I finally talked to Katie after calling multiple times she said basically I needed to schedule another clean. Then she wanted to do a walk through of my home. I wasn't home at the time and when I tried calling her back for her to come then she didn't answer and wasn't responsive. I told her I would pay for the rooms that was done and then call it done. I then tried to speak to someone else because again I liked the techs that was sent and instead of someone calling me back I got an invoice. So I have paid it to be done. I didn't have the two techs for the full clean because they had one that arrived late. I admit that I did misstep with having my refrigerator cleaned out but I cleaned it as the tech on-site was doing thr other bathroom. I will not be back. Good luck to anyone else because know that Katie will have the techs to leave without talking to you because they are scheduled for another clean. Then is very unprofessional. A simple conversation could have avoided this and maybe do a walk through of a new client's home first so that everyone is on the same page.

Brittany did an excellent job cleaning my sister’s home! She was very professional and focused on the job. My sister was at work and when she came home all I heard was OOOO and AAHH and statements of how clean and fresh her home is. Brittany is definitely being booked again by my sister! :-)

I had a wonderful experience with Cottage Care today. They were detailed, responsive to my requests and did things I didn’t even expect like straightening up my daughter’s desk—I’m seeing the surface of it for what seems like the first time in months! I would definitely recommend them and especially Brittney and Kenya who were friendly and professional.

OMG! I didn't know these Awesome folks existed!! Shannon & Jade did an amazing job of cleaning my home! Amber (mgr) came out after the girls were done to go through house to make sure they did everything. I broke my arm so they came to help me and I think now that I will continue to use them on a monthly basis. Thanks so much ladies for making my home Beautiful again 🥰👍🙂

Lydia and Amberlee from Cottage Care are professional and thorough in cleaning our house. I appreciate that they are attentive to detail on the wood floors and baseboards in our home. They are also very responsive to requests when something needs a little extra attention. Thanks to these ladies I look forward to coming home to a neat nest.

Britney came on Halloween which was also her sons birthday. Despite this she worked incredibly hard and did an amazing job. The place looked brand new! CottageCare calculates the cleaning cost at a rate of $50 an hour, which in my opinion appears somewhat steep. However, if I were to use this company again I would definitely go with Brittany.

I have used Cottage Care in past but life happened and I left for awhile. I had breast cancer last year. During my treatments, Brandy and her girls made sure to take care of everything with minimal stress on me. I left for a few months and last week started the back. Keonni came and caught my cleaning up as if they never left. She did an amazing job.. way more than I expected. She was very friendly and just simply did an awesome job!

My wife and I are very pleased with the job done by cottagecare. We have 4 children and one is a newborn, so we wanted the house deep cleaned. Their employees were lovely, and worked hard and thoroughly (Amber and Kias). Once they finished with our house, their manager came by to check everything out to make sure the job was done to the companies standards. We definitely recommend CottageCare.

Our regular Cleaner, Lydia is a jewel. Quiet, professional and through. We trust her to do a great job every time.

Brittney not only makes everything *shiny (*Firefly reference), but she goes above and beyond, tastefully arranging towels, placing candles perfectly, basically improving the Feng Shui of our home.

Katie Adams made scheduling so easy and comforting! Brittany did a fabulous job cleaning, and I loved her detail to bedding, rugs, and towels. I was really impressed with the start to finish of CottageCare cleaning my home. Can't wait to book again!

We've always had a great experience using Cottage Care in the past. The young lady that cleaned our home today, Brittany, did a fantastic job. All the beds were made up like a high-end hotel and the house was spotless. I cannot say enough good things about this company and the services they provide. They are top notch!!!
