Lydia and Shonna did a great job! This is my second home that I have hired cottage care to clean because they consistently do a wonderful job, they are on time and they are trustworthy.

The cleaning professionals always do a wonderful job and are always kind and thoughtful when I happen to be home. I really appreciate their willingness to work with my pet!
Shawna was very through. We have had her clean our home several times and she does a wonderful job. I am very satisfied and pleased with the cleaning she and the other high quality professionals provide

Let me just say Kenya is the best!! She did a phenomenal job while also being personable and really treating it like she would her own home! So grateful to have found CottageCare. The manager(s) are great, the staff is great, highly recommended. They care about clients and even walk through at the end to ensure they did the best job possible!

These ladies did a thorough and efficient job of cleaning our house top-to-bottom in just a few hours! They were courteous and professional and made sure we were happy with the job before they left. They were also very patient with our dogs, one of whom is very loud!!!

I have had a great experience so far with Cottage Care. Professional, timely and same person sent which is great. Jade is wonderful and wants to make sure customer is happy! Nothing better than a clean place. It’s definitely worth treating yourself!

Loved Jade. Everyone CottageCare has sent has done a good job, but Jade did a great job! She just got the edges and details right. My husband always has higher expectations than I do, and he was pleased as well. He could immediately tell we had a new person. She worked hard, it showed, and I appreciated it. I would love to have her every time.

We just had our first cleaning with Tena and she was great! So friendly and did a thorough job. We opted for just the high traffic areas to be cleaned (bathrooms and kitchen) and she was there for a little over 2 hours.

Additionally, the customer service has been fantastic, I spoke with Katie and Chelsea and found them both helpful, professional and friendly.

Very happy with Cottage Care and we’ll definitely be scheduling regular cleanings with them.

Lydia is amazing. She works diligently from start to finish, performing each task with great care. She is someone who takes great pride in doing a job well. I don’t often see this kind of commitment.

She was respectful of my space, and her friendly attitude made me feel comfortable allowing her into my home and leaving her there alone while I ran an errand. Tiffany and Adrianna were great. They left my home in immaculate condition, which is very difficult to do with 2 dogs that shed. Friendly, prompt, and accommodating. Will definitely use again.
