The team always does a great job keeping our house clean. Anyone who has come through is thoughtful and always responsive to requests to pay extra care to one spot over another when they come through monthly. Would recommend for ease and quality service.

A deep clean was performed on our home. The care and attention by Simon and Lucia were top notch. Highly recommend this company.

The deep cleaning price is not worth it. They didn’t dust stuff right in front of them. The items on my end table was not moved or dusted, the team I used previously did a much better job. They have made 2 trips in one week and some of the same spots remain on my kitchen floor. Rather than have them come again I will wait until I can do it myself. They seem to just clean areas that they know you will see, but if you look close they don’t clean any better than I can even through it may take me days due to my medical issues. Look for someone else.

Gabby and Brenna did a beautiful job on our house! They were very thorough and listened carefully to our requests. Excellent communication from the office as well. Would gladly have them back!

Brenna was amazing for our move-in clean of our first home! She was so friendly & ended up cleaning our whole house by herself. We checked her work & were very impressed. She even cleaned the AC vents, took a toothbrush to our bathtub jets, & deep scrubbed our oven (which was much needed.)

2 Maids worked with us on rescheduling due to our electric company dragging their feet to turn on our power. They were able to save us from pushing out our move a whole extra week. We will definitely be using their services again & recommend them to anybody wanting a timely & thorough clean!

Two Maids has cleaned for me since shortly after the first of the year, twice a month (alternating basic and premium). I live in the country and have 4 big inside dogs and an inside cat. Needless to say, my house gets dusty and gets piles of doghair very quickly. I am very pleased with the quality of work. Not only that, their communication is excellent, both the cleaners and the home office. Thank you so much for keeping my house so clean, Two Maids!

Cheyenne and Anaka were awesome! They were very attentive and took their time detailing my home! I’m so appreciative that they deep cleaned my home the way I would! I just don’t have the time to do it these days! It’s the dusting for me, bathroom care, and details with floor boards that will drive me insane, but give me the greatest joy when it’s back to standard! They stayed later into the evening ensuring that they didn’t miss anything! It brings me such mental and emotional peace and happiness when my home looks like and feels like the effort and hard work I put in away from home! I loved the finer details, they were a perfect team!

USE ANOTHER SERVICE!! TWO MAIDS IS HORRIBLE
I hired this company to do Move-In/Move-Out service. Two young ladies did not clean my bathrooms, mop any floors, clean baseboards, clean any cabinets, microwave, clean top of gas range, left oven a mess with white stuff all over it. Left spider webs in places. They didn't clean kitchen sink or all of countertops. Also did not clean all windows or doors and door frames. I contacted company within 24hrs as their policy states to let them know I was not satisfied with service. They sent one of the young ladies from the previous day back the next day to fix the issues. She still did not mop any floors, clean cabinets, or finish cleaning bathrooms. Some doors were still dirty, some windows had smear marks. I again left message for company that I was not satisfied with service and requested they send another person to complete the service. They did not respond. I did request on the first call back that they refund my tip, which they did and that is all they did. USE ANOTHER SERVICE!! TWO MAIDS IS HORRIBLE!!

You are lying below. My home does not have serious spider infestation. If that were true your staff would have said so the first day of cleaning and your company would have contacted me to inform me of your policy and refuse to service the house. That did not happen nor was it mentioned when i contacted you about not being satisfied with the work not done, The second lie is that you contacted me after I left a second message on friday stating service was still not completed and requested you send someone else. You guys ghosted me!! No follow up on Monday or any day this week until this posting. Your staff are either not trained to clean or are lazy and doing a half job of the service you promise to complete. I have tons of pictures of their failures on the first and second visit. I would be glad to go to every platform available to show proof of your poor service.

We have been using two maids for about a year and have always had a really great experience. They always give the time and care my home needs even if they have to put in extra work some weeks. I have only had one issue and it was more of a miscommunication, they were quick to do whatever they could to make it right and did a great job. Recently, Anaka came and she was wonderful. She definitely went above and beyond, but I have had that experience with all of the employees at two maids so it wasn’t surprising!

Workers showed up at the expected time , worked efficiently and did a good job. I recommend this service. Pricing is competitive to other companies.

I recently bought a 2 hour cleaning. They cleaned a little bit. But lacked detail.
Lots of missed spots & corners were cut. Only thing that was excellent was the vacuum. All the other ‘cleaning’ was mediocre. To compare, imagine paying a niece or nephew to come over & clean for you. Don’t set your expectations too high. It’s not a commercial grade style of cleaning with this company. It Didn’t even smell clean when they finished. Good Luck!

The ladies performed deep cleaning to my house. The pictures says everything about the result, SO CLEAN AND WELL ORGANIZED! The ladies are very polite and always have a smile on their faces. They worked fast also. It took a total of 2 hours to have the entire job done. You ladies rock, Emma, Olivia, Millie, and Blakey! Thank u for everything and looking forward to have yall back in 4 weeks.
