The Cleaning Dino crew did a great job cleaning our home! With two dogs, having them on our schedule is basically essential. I loved they leave a checklist of all the things they cleaned. Looking forward to their "deep clean" service in the future.

Dino was hired by my kids as a Christmas gift to come and clean my house. I have had cleaning crews in the past but recently moved and have been trying to do it myself. I also work full time and I am failing miserably at keeping up with the house cleaning . Dino came with the intention of spending two hours but stayed extra time to finish the job! It was so so nice coming home from work that evening to a clean house. THEY DID A FABULOUS JOB. I am currently waiting to see if they can take me on as a new client as this was just a one time gift and they did a great job!! Very highly recommend Dino!!

39 weeks pregnant, I decided my house needed to be deep cleaned but I did not have the energy to do it! I contacted Cleaning Dino’s and they were able to schedule me in within a day or two! Their team worked their magic and I loved that their team lead came through and marked through a check list to ensure everything was up to their standards! I ended up going into labor the next day and I can’t tell you how amazing it was to come home to a professionally cleaned home! It was a different level of clean! Thank you Cleaning Dino’s!

Cleaning Dino did an awesome job on my deep clean! They really get into every nook and cranny and I love that the house smells clean but not like chemicals. Very professional, trustworthy and great communication by the owner. Highly recommend!

Had to file a police report, all of my husbands jewelry went missing when they were done! Of course we can’t prove it, but it was there and then it was gone when they were gone! Everyone please take your valuables! It was a lesson learned for sure!

Cleaning Dino is hands-down the best cleaning service I’ve ever used! They recently cleaned my home, and I was blown away by the results. They didn’t just do a surface clean—they tackled details I didn’t think were possible, including removing stubborn calcium stains from my shower that had been there forever. My home has never looked (or smelled!) so fresh and spotless. The team was professional, friendly, and clearly takes pride in their work. I highly recommend Cleaning Dino to anyone who wants their home to truly shine!

Let me begin by saying that I am giving this company two stars because of the employees. They did the best they could with what they were given.

I called Cleaning Dino to get them to clean my home that has just been renovated, which means there is lots of dust, dirt, and wood chips all over the house. When I called, I originally spoke to Burk, the owner. Because of everything that needed to be done, he said I had to speak with Taylor. I told her everything that needed to be done. I was given a price of $150 per hour. All they had to thoroughly clean was the kitchen and 3 bathrooms. All that needed to be done in the bedrooms was vacuuming. They didn't have to clean furniture because we haven't moved it in yet. Should have been a very easy job!

On the day of cleaning, three women arrived at 9:30 am. None of them had any supplies or tools that they would need to complete the job. They came with rags and some cleaners. They pushed around dust for 4 hours, leaving caked on streaks all over my newly painted cabinets and newly installed stone countertops. They did NOT have a proper vacuum (Shop-Vac) to get all of the dust off the floors. They did NOT have ladders to clean dust off the tops of the light fixtures and cabinets or to clean the tiled walls in the bathrooms.

I called Taylor when the cleaners arrived to explain that the women would not be able to complete the work without certain tools, which I had already explained in the initial call to Cleaning Dino. Burk called one of the workers. She explained what they needed. He showed up two hours later (11:30 am) with one step ladder and one cleaning solution. In other words, they still didn't have what they needed. If I hadn't been there, they wouldn't have known what to do. They weren't trained and weren't told what to do.

One of the cleaners went upstairs with MY ladder, which I told her not to do for liability reasons. The other two cleaned in the kitchen for another two hours. I had had enough at this point and asked them to leave. After four (4) hours, the only space cleaned was the kitchen, but not really, because they left dust smudges all over my cabinets.

When I called Taylor to discuss the problem, she offered me a discount. I said I didn't want a discount; that that was not the point. She said she would speak with Burk. Burk called back and berated me. My husband had to grab the phone from me to explain that I do not tolerate being spoken to like a child. Burk calmed his tone when my husband took the phone. He offered a discount of $100. When we got the bill, it totaled $558, which is definitely NOT a $100 discount.

I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY! BURK AND TAYLOR ARE UNPROFESSIONAL AND DO NOT KNOW WHAT THEY ARE DOING!

We used them for the first time today for a deep clean service. We have not had our home “deep cleaned” in some time, so I knew it was going to be a tough job. Taylor was very communicative- even sending me pictures of jewelry that the cleaners were moving to a different spot. The clean took longer than the estimate (which I didn’t mind because I knew how much work was needed), but Taylor even adjusted some of the pricing because of this. The clean was absolutely impressive. I am certain my home has not been this clean since I moved in, years ago. Cleaning Dino will def become one of our monthly necessities.
