This business is eager to take your money, but does not follow through on promised services and makes it extremely difficult to get your money back when services are not performed. We attempted to get landscaping accomplished for our home at the beginning of April and was asked to make a deposit prior to getting scheduled. We made our deposit and 2 months later are still not scheduled. This long of a wait was not briefed prior to accepting the deposit and there was not an employee with authority to give us our refund. They say only one person is in charge of the landscaping services, but this single point of failure has made our whole experience with this business horrible. I encourage any other patron to explore other options to avoid the frustration we have experienced.

I recently received lawn of the month in my neighborhood, and it is all because I sought services from Chris H Olsen. He made my yard the masterpiece it is and I owe it all to him. If you are wanting landscaping services, then I highly recommend Botanica Gardens. They also keep my pots looking fresh. Check them out for all your landscaping needs you will not be disappointed.

I just left from inside, literally sitting the parking lot. I received ZERO customer service. The lady inside never greeted me or asked if I needed help as I walked through the store, even in close proximity to the desk where she was standing. I had high hopes because when previously visiting the associates were super pleasant. I'm a stickler for customer service and not being acknowledged has really left a negative impact on my thoughts about returning.

Just stopped to look for plants for my terrariums and Tammy was very helpful. Left with several gorgeous orchids among a few other things. What a wonderful place.

I was here visiting from out of state and I absolutely love this place!!! Great plant selections and lots of unique items for gifts or for indoor and outdoor decor. Staff was super friendly and helpful. I will definitely be coming back here every time I’m in for a visit!!

Botanica Gardens is the place to go if you are looking for a wide selection of beautiful indoor/outdoor plants and appreciate great customer service! I love coming here to shop for myself as well as to shop for the perfect, unique gift for a friend. You can get lost in all the cool things for sale and the way the store is layed out. Definitely a fun and funky place I would recommend checking out!

I’m not from Little Rock. Came to this adorable little shop to get me a starter plant something sturdy that would be pretty for my kitchen window. By the time I got home the whole plant was wilted and brown. I only live an hour away. This plant after googling it says it’s not supposed to be in sunlight. The woman sold it to me for a window please explain this to me. A complete waste of time and money. DON’T GO!!!

I bought two expensive plant hangers, and one of them worked for the space I intended, and one did not. I came back to return the one that didn't fit the space, and the woman who had helped me a couple of days earlier was there again. She told the redhead in the business office what had happened and that I would like a refund. The hanger was in the original package with their POS barcode as well as the installation hardware. The redhead summarily dismissed my refund request because I didn't have the register receipt. The helpful woman explained that she had sold it to me, and it was definitely their product, but I didn't have the receipt. Red just shook her head and denied the refund even though she knew I had bought it there, and it was in perfect condition for putting it back out. Horrid customer service like that will certainly ensure that I will never step foot in their store again. Avoid if you expect fair treatment!

I have been to Botanica several times now. I recently found a new love of tropical house plants, so I have been visiting local establishments when I can. The lovely brunette lady showed me around the store and chatted plants my first time, which I found very sweet. She has been occupied several times, but has always said hi. They normally have a large selection of houseplants, from a few aeroids and carnivorous,to shrubs and African violets. On my last visit, the grey haired lady was there, and I feel like I was barely noticed. She was busy getting the scoop on travel plans with some "affluent" ladies. There wasn't much inventory last time, either. But overall, I give them 4*s

Great selection of plants and unique fountains and outdoor yard decorations. Plenty of plants for your sunroom or porch. Why save $2 at Kroger or Lowes when the service and Arkansas grown plant quality is much higher at Botanica!

The plants are beautiful! You can tell they really do their best to take care of them and the prices are good! Very sweet people here.

Beautiful place to see exotic plants and decor for outdoor spaces. The design and layout has the plants looking like eye candy.

Have been a customer here for about 3 years. Always come here to check out what is available before anywhere else. They always have such healthy and full plants. Not stinjy on the amount they put in their huge baskets as well! Always a plus! Great service as well as friendly and knowledgeable staff.

This place is absolutely adorable. I found some super cute pots and a variegated rope hoya and literally squealed. I'll be back when I come to LR again.

The employees don't know what's in their own department and extremely slow service in the garden area.

I just got off work and came to see my (elder) mom and she starts to tell me what an awful experience she had at Homedepot ! She wanted to get a new weed eater and she couldn't reach it ( or carry it ) and none of the employees would help her ! They were all standing around talking ! This is sad that elder ppl can't get any help or respect ! So no more hamodepot for this family !!!

Alot of stuff is locked up, it’s hard to get help here. ALSO, HOW MANY HANDICAPPED PEOPLE SHOP HERE?! Looks like half of the parking lot is just handicap stalls.
