I cannot say enough great things about them!!
I am the GM of an Independent Retirement Community and signed a contract with them last month. They have done MORE WORK in ONE DAY than the former landscaping company did in FIVE MONTHS!!!!

Searcy Elrod, Andrew Wagnor, and others on The Grounds Guys team are without peer. They provide prompt, excellent service whether it's for routine, regularly-scheduled lawn care or when counsel for design and installation of additional landscaping is needed. Prices very reasonable, too.

The Grounds Guys are the absolute BEST!!! Never have I been disappointed or aggravated at their work. Very dependable and professional!! I highly recommend them for all your lawn needs!

Service started out fine in April, but has been poor in Jul-Aug-Sep. Had to call in Jul to remind them to mow; they skipped 2 weeks each in Aug and Sep. Explanation for lack of service was rain (when it didn't), crew chief on vacation, and new software - all unsatisfactory in my opinion. Mgmt relying on crews to update app to say job was done; it appears that crews were updating the app without actually doing the work. Charged me a high flat fee, regardless of nbr of visits. Promise to improve service was not fulfilled. It appears that mgmt doesn't really know how to manage their business.

Horrible horrible experience .We hired them to maintain our property. I was Constantly having to call the owner about things not getting done that was in our contact . Wouldn't recommend to anyone. Very disappointed.
Update: I called the owner and let him know the constant problems we were having. It was always an excuse. If you think I'm a horrible manager because I wanted what services we agreed on done , then so be it. That's your opinion and everyone has one. Good day!

The Grounds Guys are the real deal! We use them weekly for our lawn service and have been extremely impressed with their efficiency and timelines but today they became our hero’s. Unfortunately, we were left with a huge mess due to the storms and were devastated by the wreckage. The Grounds Guys came to our rescue and cleaned it all up. They are all encompassing and we are amazed at all the services they offer and their professionalism. Happy customers for life! Thank you!!

Don't bother with these guys. I've messaged via website to request an estimate, left messages and called directly and have yet to get a call back with any interest. I would even be ok with them telling me they are booked or not interested. But nada is all I got. Moving on.

I chose this business based on a recommendation. They initially quoted me an insane amount for my tiny lawn. After I told them I wanted only weed treatment and flower bed maintenance they, I guess, deemed that my business wasn’t worth their time. It took multiple attempts to contact them to edit my contract. They came to spray my lawn once, just before it rained. They never performed any hedge trimming or flower bed maintenance, which we discussed multiple times and I haven’t had any follow up contact with the company at all. I never leave bad reviews and I’m truly disappointed in this company.

We started service in 2019 based on some very positive reviews here. The first few visits were encouraging - they even did patterns on the lawn! The quality of the work progressively deteriorated, however. We reached out to the office several times about the grass being cut too short and the occasional missed appointments. While the office was always responsive, the crew did not seem to respond to our feedback. Over time, the grass developed bald spots and the lawn's brick borders got completely demolished in places due to the use of heavy lawnmowers on a relatively small and sloped yard. We discontinued service after we got no visits for five weeks between March and April 2020. It appears they might be great for a businesses, but not so good for residential.

The Grounds Guys have serviced my property for 10 years now. They are always friendly and professional. I refer them all the time and will continue to do so as they always exceed expectations!

The Arbor landscape team does great work. Honest and reliable. They do anything from cleaning gutters to rock work. Excellent with mowing and leaf blowing, as well.

They have been working for me for 11 years and take care of my lawn, shrubs, sprinklers and landscape lighting. They are dependable and proactive and have even noticed and help me resolve issues when I’m away on vacation and resolved a water line issue on the 4th of July. I would highly recommend.

Very, very disgusting attitude. I called to see if he had a website for his services, and he hung up on me, telling me he didn't need a website. I wasn't even calling for that, i was calling for his service. 0/10 DO NOT RECOMMEND

These nice fellas did a great job of cleaning up my leaves. They were on time, courteous and hard-working
