David was prompt, professional, honest, and extremely knowledgeable and personable. He took the time to explain what he observed and what actions needed to be taken to install our new unit. He also delivered great customer service and was patient and understanding as he took the time to answer all of our questions. David with EPIC took care of my central heat he was very professional and friendly. The part my furnace needed didn’t come in when it was suppose to so he called me to tell me it would be the next day. I really appreciated him taking the time to do that , it may be a small thing to some people but it meant a lot to me. The part came in the next day and it the problem was taken care of.

David is amazing. He’s professional, honest and cares about his customers. When he first came out, he examined my system, explained my options and for the last two years kept my old system going at a very fair price. This year I decided it was time to replace. He went over everything in detail with me, worked around my schedule to get the job completed and finished it up in the rain. The man is amazing. His assistant was just as professional and courteous. I’m extremely happy with the whole experience over the last 3 years and will never use another HVAC company. Epic Technicians HVAC turned what could have been a stressful situation into a great experience.

They were great, the tech was awesome friendly and very informative. I would deff use this company again. I have a home warranty so IDK abt price but he did quote me some prices on services I do not have under the warranty and seem to be competitive.

The technician came out in a timely manner and was very knowledgeable about questions we had but most of all he serviced our A/C system for a very reasonable price! If you need professional HVAC service at an affordable price I would definitely recommend giving Epic Technicians HVAC a call!

Top notch company!! I was referred to them, once we were in contact they came out and that following day we had a brand new unit installed by the owner himself. Mr. Hunter worked tirelessly alone for many hours in hot AR weather. Great Company, Highly recommend.
