I was very pleased with this company. Technician David was super friendly, professional, knowledgeable, and just awesome! I loved this company so well to where I've made the decision to make them my AC/Heating and HVAC people from now on to do my servicing, maintenance, and repairs if and when needed. I wish I had known about this company way before now.

The service is exceptional, from their customer service to the technicians. They will figure out your how/when/why! They are also caring as well. Thank you Epic for providing amazing service to your customers and community!

He came the same day and did a very detailed inspection to see why I was having the issue. He couldn't find anything wrong but took his time and showed me some things as well. I have had the same thing happen but after we talked, I wonder if it has something to do with the upgraded AC unit.

We reached out to David with Epic Technicians HVAC because our previous company, Epic Mechanical went out of business after we bought a new unit and service contract from them. We were so grateful David came out during the frigid temperatures from the January snowstorm to diagnose our heating issue and return with a part to fix it. He was very friendly and courteous and helpful. We will use him again!

My Technician Dave was very helpful and informative. He came in with an awesome attitude, and great personality. He fixed the problem in a timely manner, and I really appreciate that. I will definitely recommend Epic to my friends. If I have any more problems, I will definitely ask for Mr Dave to come fix the problem.

Epic is prompt and does excellent work. He’s our go-to professional for all HVAC needs, both for our personal home and investment properties. He’s reliable and provides great customer service. I don’t love needing HVAC work — but when I do, I can always count on him to show up and get the job done right.

I don't think we could have had any better experience with any other Tech or Business than we did. They came out to help us fast and Mr. David was such a Blessing. He was very Honest and so willing to help us do what ever we needed to do to get our heat up and running again. Other Businesses that were called before Epic couldn't help us for a few weeks and Epic came in a couple days during a time the weather was freezing. And did everything to make us priority. I would definitely refer them and especially Mr. David to anyone.

The two young men who handled my maintenance call, David and Keon, did an excellent job in all respects. They were polite, let me know everything they were doing and why, and handled everything smoothly and efficiently. I hope to use Epic for all my HVAC needs in the future. Highly recommend.
