Excellent service—Ben Merritt has been our technician for several years and always provides outstanding service. We is very friendly and answers any questions I may have. I have made several referrals to family and friends based on his job performance.

Great service! Rick Pruitt with Fairway in Conway has always provided excellent service. Rick has always followed through with additional services/treatments requested. Recently I had a rare insect in my lawn that Rick went out of his way to determine along with treating. If you have services in the Conway area I highly recommend requesting Rick Pruitt!

I'm always pleased with the work Ben Merritt does during his treatments of my lawn. He provides a detailed list of the products used and the condition of my lawn. Ben's work exceeds my expectations. I have used other companies in the past and they let me down. Fairway Lawns has been treating my lawn for many years now and I couldn't be happier with the results.

As always, and in this particular application Benjamin Merritt and his trainee , performed the prescribed applications of fertilizer and weed control with the outmost care and expediency. Ben and today his trainee , were able to answer my questions regarding certain areas of my lawn. I certainly appreciate Ben's expertise in these matters. Thank you.

The only reason I am giving a 2 is because of the young man that I spoke to when I called otherwise I would give a 1. I prepaid a year for front and backyard treatment but for the past 3 treatments, Fairway Lawns was not treating my backyard. When I called the young man asked if I previously used their service and I used them years ago and recently started using them again. When I used them years ago, I only had my front yard treated, but this time I paid to treat front and back. He told me I was paying for front and back and said they would credit the 3 treatments missed for my backyard but would come out and treat the backyard anyway. We will see. Overall not a great experience because I am still seeing patchy spots of weeds in my front yard. It actually looked better when I treated it myself.

Excellent service and excellent results. I have had other lawn care service with poor results but now my lawn is thriving. Fairway Lawns has made my lawn, trees, and bushes look great.

My service technician is always courteous and does a thorough job. Very pleased.

Our lawn is well cared for by Fairway Lawns. We have been customers for about 10 years and have never had any issues. If any weeds pop up from our neighbors untreated yard, Fairway is right on it. Latest service technician, Harry, again did an excellent job and is very careful with his lawn equipment around our flowerbeds and garden fences. He cares about our property as if it was his own.

Horrible billing practices on The termite side. No communication between service tech and management and billing. Avoid their termite service. Higher priced than competition. Service tech was friendly.

We have 4 treatments a year. No need to call us for additional treatments i.e. ( aeration or worms) We can manage those ourselves. Thank you

I’m a licensed pesticide/herbicide applicator, and I still have Fairway do my lawn treatments. Great service, great results. Benjamin is a great technician. The detailed reports I get following each treatment are really informative and helpful.

Cody came out today for termite inspection,he is such a pleasant young man & very thorough in his inspection.

This is my second go with using Fairway Lawns. The first time was before the March 31st tornado. We had a yard full of weeds. Fairway was doing a really good job of bringing the yard up to being a very nice green space. After having to rebuild, we install a new lawn and the treatments they are providing seem to be getting us back to that very nice green space. I appreciate the advance notices when service will be provided, the detailed notes on what was done, and the recommendations on additional treatments that are available, if wanted. Grant is doing a great job helping us achieve the yard look we want.

Tyler does a great job. He's such a nice young man. Let's me know when he's coming and is there on time. Having Tyler treat our grass, I don't have to mow as much. Thanks

I would not recommend using Fairway Lawns. I had beautiful green grass before using Fairway Lawns, but I had a few weeds beginning to come in so I began service with Fairway on 6/1/23. After a year of using Fairway, they have completely killed all of my grass and this is now what it looks like (May 2024). It took weeks of the manager “checking notes” to get a response and finally they admitted they didn’t test appropriately for any diseases or communicate anything about curing the diseases - even though that is exactly what their company is supposed to do. Their remedy to to continue to use Fairway and pay for their services and it would “eventually” grow back. Completely unacceptable.

I had a new service man and he was courteous and attentive to my areas of focus and the supervisor that was with him did an excellent job in customer relations y assuring me of the continued service quality service that are known for.
