I've used Fairway Lawns Service in Little Rock for a few years now and they are great! They let me know in advance when they are coming so I can prepare (i.e. put up the dogs). Staff is always friendly and they always lock the gate back when they are done. Great company!

I had a conversation with Seth and it became clear to me that I was seen as a total butt and he and his manager were kind enough to let me apologize. He serves my Neighbourhood and to be honest they’re probably some of the nicest lawns in Bryant Arkansas. Highly recommend these guys and I truly apologize to this company for the interaction that we had.

We foster puppies so our yard is important to us. Ben Merritt has been our lawn tech for 5+ years. He understands that we have a lot of dogs here on any given day and he always texts me asking what a good time would be for him to treat the yard. He is so considerate and always works around our schedule! He goes above and beyond for us and we so value and appreciate him. And our lawn is always looking great in the summer. Thanks Ben!

Dustin Whitener, my Fairway Technician, does a wonderful job. I’m am very particular about my lawn and I want the greenest, best looking yard in my neighborhood and with the help of Dustin and Fairway Lawns I achieve just that. Dustin keeps me updated and informed, explains what the applications are for, and always goes the extra step. Fairway Lawns treats the lawn and then I mow and maintain myself. I literally have people stop as they are driving by my house just to tell me how nice my lawn looks. I have referred Fairway to several friends and family members and I am very pleased with the service.

I made a phone call just now to inquire about services. I have a couple other places to call to make sure I’m getting what I’m needing. The man I spoke on the phone to HUNG UP ON ME as I mentioned that I would give a call back. He definitely made the process of elimination very simple for this decision that I will not ever give my business to or recommend family or friends to give my business to this company. SO unprofessional and unfriendly!!

My technician today, Brock F, was friendly, listened to my concerns, and gave me some great recommendations and advice to take my property to the next level. I was with this company for years. Terrible service I finally left after many years. Notorious for over processing your yard. The techs really don’t seem compassionate or knowledgeable about your lawn. I’ve had so many issues with this company but I can say that corporate does their job. Here in Little Rock, Arkansas the management team sucks. I normally don’t write reviews but I just wish someone would have warned me before all this headache.

Lady came to door before starting. Explained what she was going to do. Didn't take long but appeared to cover yard pretty well.
She was very polite and associated well.
UPDATE: Do not use this service. In November '24 paid $501 complete service for 2025. Today I had to pay $66 for treatment. Rep said my contract was for 8 visits only and today's visit was no longer under contract from fee paid in November. Was not told this until AFTER treatment (which was hit and miss) and they charged my card $66.
NOTHING has been done all year about weeds, they come out and spread some fertilizer here and there and call it a treatment. Only had 1 lady that come out and actually did a good treatment and actually communicated with me.
I have use several yard services over the years and TRUGREEN WAS THE WORST.
POOR TECHS AND VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE. ALL THEY WANT IS YOUR MONEY AND THEY COULD CARE LESS ABOUT THE COSTOMER OR THEIR PROPERTY.

Technician explained expected action with today’s treatment. Answered ALL my questions and seemed very efficient. Represents TruGreen well! bw

Gina is absolutely the BEST! She is professional, thorough, and caring. She let's us know if there is a potential problem and how trugreen can help. She lets you know when she arrives and when she is leaving, which is a very professional touch. Gina has personality plus, but is never overbearing. Send her my way ANYTIME!

Extremely happy with the service that I have had over the last three times they have been here which is about every six weeks. My lawn does not have weeds in it anymore I am thankful! :-)
