Two words. Carl Blackshire. Carl fixed our dishwasher after having several other repairmen visit our home at least 6 times. He was very knowledgeable, thorough, & even felt like family while conversing with him during the 1 hour (or so) he serviced the dishwasher. He even took the initiative in readjusting our dishwasher after discovering it had been installed incorrectly. Anything you need fixed, Carl is the man you NEED to call. My experience with the service electrician that came to my home was excellent! I love the fact that he was on time, very professional and did an outstanding job in fixing all my electrical issues. I highly recommend Intertech to family members and anyone in need of high quality, professional service for their home or business.

Chris and Chris came to my house to fix a leak I had somewhere behind my walls. It took a while for them to locate the leak because my house is pretty large, but they were committed to locating and fixing the problem. When they did find it, they fixed the leak then put everything back where it was before they got to it. They were respectful as far as social distancing and masking up and respectful of my house as far as not to bring mud from outside on their boots. Great service

We were assigned to them by the warranty company and I'm so glad for it. The tech came out in a Friday evening (of a holiday weekend too!) because he wanted to see how much he could get done for us right away. The office did a good job keeping us posted on the repairs and expectations. And the technicians were excellent. Showed up on time, courteous, very conscientious of taking shoes off every time they walked in from outside, and worked quickly to get our new unit installed before the rain started. We were very pleased and highly recommend.

I don't understand the negative reviews here. I've had this group assigned to my problems twice now by my home warranty company. Each time they've been prompt and honest with the assessment of my issues. I've had to work with other contractors through the warranty, which can take days to weeks to get a resolution, but Intertech has always called me on the first day and sent someone almost immediately. I understand issues with warranty companies, but that's not this company's fault. I would not hesitate to recommend them to any of my friends.

Just wanted to say a BIG THANK YOU to Joshua and Eugene. They came out to do 3 faucet replacement’s right in the middle of our lunch. They made great effort to complete their task while allowing us space to complete ours. Very professional and great attitudes. I’ll be calling again for anymore work. Thanks guys!

Chris Rachal and Khris Surratt were very professional and easy to work with. I had a unknown leak occurring from my kitchen sink. Chris was efficient at locating one of the issues and making the repair. I recently had to call again because there is still a little bit of a leak and the company has promptly agreed to send a tech out at no additional cost to address the issue. I am very happy with the level of customer service from this company and hope they send Chris and Khris again because they seem to know what they are doing and how to pinpoint the issue.

Like others, my warranty company prescribed Intertech after another company couldn't respond. I'm so glad that they did. Kevin R service call this afternoon was amazing. Kevin is friendly, knowledgeable and helpful in determining the next steps for my dying water heater. He took the time to listen to my concerns, directly address my questions, and carefully document every single element in order for the replacement process to begin. He was genuinely concerned about my issue and assured me of the next steps. I know you always hear when something goes wrong, but in this instance, it went completely right. I hope Kevin R continues to be a credit to Intertech.

Chris Rachal came to our house today and he was AWESOME! He was very knowledgeable and very helpful. He solved our shower leak and helped us figure out our other plumbing problems. I would recommend his service to anyone. Great Plumbing Technician.

I had a VERY GOOD experience with the service technician that came to my home. His name is Mr. Kevin Rhodes and I could not have been more pleased with him. He arrived early and was extremely polite and professional. He replaced my leaking garbage disposal and even took time to provide me with maintenance tips on how to prolong the life of my new disposal. If the rest of Intertech's technicians are anything like Mr. Rhodes, I would highly recommend them to everyone.

Intertech has been sent to my home to service my plumbing system twice! Casey Andrews and Charles Farrell provided excellent service. They took the time to actually figure out what was going on with my system and they did everything in their power to fix it. I would recommend. Thank you guys!

Jerry, came to my house was super nice and professional. He done a toilet repair. Talked my husband and I through the process. Was able to answer the questions we both had was very understanding since our knowledge of pluming repairs are slim to non. I would use this company again. Today I receive another call to follow up on the repairs and to see is I had any other question. So I'm giving this company + Jerry All Stars...

I had a problem with a clogged sewer line and my warranty company sent out Chris Rachal, Master Plumbing Technician and Anthony. They arrived on time and worked continuously for the next 3.5 hours. They were both very professional, courteous and friendly. Both answered my questions and were knowledgeable and patient. They worked until my line was open and cautiously useable, until a quote is obtained from the warranty company.to complete the line repair / replacement. .

Intertech was assigned to repair my washing machine after the pump gave out. They were extremely courteous, both on the phone and in person, in all our interactions. Jimmy (scheduler) and Buddy (technician) were prompt and considerate. Jimmy went above and beyond to work my service order in and get my washer back up and running, while Buddy was willing to come out after normal business hours to do the repair. The ordering time for parts was very reasonable, and it means a lot to have a company that understands how important your time is. Well done.

The guys, Eugene and Scott, were punctual and easy to interact with. Their professionalism and workmanship went Above Standards. Eugene brought various options and ideas to our kitchen lighting delima. Canned lighting Problem solved! We are new to Arkansas, but we would highly recommend this company. The office manager, Courtney, was extremely helpful and a breeze to schedule the jobs with. Thanks y'all. 5☆'s!

Royce Walker from Intertech blew me away with his knowledge of A/C units and his professionalism. He says he has 25 years in the industry and that is the kind of guy you want to diagnose a problem with HVAC. What really impressed me is that he took the extra time to explain the problem and the solution. He went above and beyond by taping things down, making sure all screws were tighten and clearing my drains which he didn't have to do. It's refreshing to see a good Christian man that still take pride in his work and looks out for the customer. Intertech has an excellent employee and I will use their service again for any future A/C problems in the future. He is a good man and may God bless him and his family.

Technician was Matt Chaudoin, our water heater started leaking and we put in a request to our home warranty company. They sent Intertech out as usual. They were unable to get us an appointment this week so the dispatcher scheduled the appointment for next week. Once on the schedule she called the supervisor and told him what was doing on. He manipulated the schedule so that we could have an appointment yesterday. He even came out himself and worked to diagnose the problem and find a resolution. The water heater was ordered, warranty companies are slow a bit, and my new water heater will be installed first thing Monday morning. This is so indicative of this company, they will do everything that they can to take care of their customers. Matt was professional, knowledgeable, and courteous. It is always a pleasure to work with this company because their staff are so great!

I've used Intertech twice over the last month or so (Summer of 2022), and they have provided exceptional service each time! Eugene Seavers was my technician during the latest call and he was prompt, courteous and very knowledgeable. He communicated with me through the entire process so there were no surprises and made sure my issue was resolved before leaving. He did an outstanding job start to finish. I highly recommend this company!!

Finally after getting my service called scheduled, Intertech sent out Charles and Casey. Both of these gentlemen were promp, courteous and professional. They quickly went to work to diagnose my problem after using a camera to find the cause of plumbing issues, they took action to resolve it. I appreciate their service and would highly recommend Charles and Casey for any plumbing issues that you may have. Thank you guys for the five star service.

Intertech Maintenance Group was phenomenal. The young lady I spoke with was awesome. Tony was my tech. He was very professional. He did a great job installing my ceiling fan. I would highly recommend them!

So we had a plumbing problem this morning and called the home warranty company. They sent Intertech Maintenance to fix our problem. Charles and Casey came out and fixed our plumbing issue in no time! These 2 guys were so nice and so knowledgeable, extremely professional! They definitely will be my 1st call next time!
