I had bought a house and all of the plumbing was needing to be removed and arranged differently in my home, because we were remodeling and enlarging our bathroom and moving the laundry room and Kitchen. We had a Very nice gentleman show up and he has stayed with our job to get this completed so I would be ready for the next phase of my remodeling adventure. I would recommend this company to my best friends and have. They have been very polite and the person on the phone has been so helpful working with me and my crazy schedule. Thanks to Nick for a job well done. I will use them agian in the future for any other needed repairs.

Jerry Fox was the plumber that fixed our plumbing problems. He was very knowledgeable in the plumbing field. He was very neat and cleaned up his trash. He took pictures before and after. He was very thorough in recording what work he had done. He was also friendly. He did outstanding work in fixing our plumbing issues. I would highly recommend him to others.

Intertech provided the repair services for two water leaks at my residence in the past year. First, they repaired a water leak in my front yard in the summer of 2023, and then an internal water leak in the slab of my home in January 2024. The crew was highly professional and efficient, and they took care of my issues for a reasonable price. I would highly recommend their services!

Carl Blackshire fixed a few appliances at my house and did a great job! He was sent to repair my freezer but also took the initiative to tighten the handles on my refrigerator that he noticed were loose. He was very pleasant and professional and I could tell he enjoyed taking care of his customers and provided excellent service. Would definitely use this company again, Thanks Carl!

Eugene Seavers, worked on my HVAC today, he was very knowledgeable, and got the work done in a well expected time. He was very friendly and listened to all my concerns. I highly recommend him and the company. Thank you for your business.

Intertech has provided many services at my home over the past 3 years. These include rebuilding the deck, painting, carpentry, roof repair, electrical work and servicing appliances and seasonal heating and a/c care and more. The work has always been done to my satisfaction, with attention to detail. The employees have been pleasant, professional and a pleasure to work with!

We are renting a house that is in pretty poor condition. Casey came in and was immediately able to address and fix our problem. He was knowledgeable and helpful with getting the plumbing issue fixed quickly. He also did an excellent job cleaning up his work area, which was greatly appreciated. I would recommend Intertech for your maintenance needs and Casey is especially great at his job. Thanks!

The plumber we had was named Casey. He was very kind and let me know what he was doing every step of the way. Casey did an outstanding job!!!!! The people in the office were outstanding. I recieved text to remind me of when the plumber would be arriving and also a phone call the morning of in which Casey arrived promptly thereafter. I would rate this company five stars out of five stars. I will use this company from now on for all my plumbing needs.

Service over the phone with Courtney was great! Carl arrived sooner than said (which was nice) he was very professional but still friendly and personable! He was also nice and friendly to my little 18 month old son! Thanks again!!

Intertech was assigned to us by our home warranty. Our technician, Tony Boyd, was amazing! He was so kind and professional! He was so patient, and took the time to check all the issues and fix them properly. He even found some other important issues that needed to be addressed that we had missed.

He went above and beyond to make sure every issue with our dishwasher was fixed, looking and running like new! Including fixing an issue that those who installed the dishwasher didn’t do properly when it was installed.

I can’t thank Tony enough, and the whole team at Intertech! Everyone I spoke with one the phone was so kind and courteous too! I highly recommend Intertech for home repair needs!

I’ve used this company for water heater I installation and refrigerator repair. They were polite, they notified you if they were running late, they communicated with you via text or phone. Customer service was great! I’ve u redacted with both Carl and Tony.

Called Intertech to come out to my house, I had a water leak, the guys (Conway and David) got to my house a little early for the appointment, after we talked for a short while about the problem, they started working to resolve my problem, they worked diligently to resolve my problem, had to dig deeper into the issue more than we thought they were going to, but in a short amount of time, they had me fixed up, cleaned up after the job, even double and triple checked before they left to make sure I was completely taken care of!!!! this was the BEST experience I've ever had with a Service company of any kind. I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND Intertech for any repair you might need!!! Thanks again guys!!!!

Intertech customer service was horrible. It took them about 2 weeks to make me an appointment to come out for service that’s because I called and texted several times. However, Mr. Carl Blackshire came out to service my refrigerator. He was very friendly and he took his time to explain to me what the issue was. He made my frustration with this company calm down a bit. He was awesome. So if you have to use this company I recommend you ask for Mr. Carl Blackshire. You won’t be disappointed.

I had a leak, my warranty company contacted Intertech Company, Bob the technician arrive early(on time) he was very concerned and knowledgeable. Bob was able to fix the problem. Bob also took the extra time to explain some question I had. Bob is very professional and time management. I would use this company again definitely recommend.

Terrible Terrible Terrible! If anything at all goes wrong on their end they will leave you high and dry and not fix it! I tried to give this group every opportunity to make it right with me but the refuse to help at all. I'm not surprised they have a 2 star review prior to my 1 star review post!

They broke one of my ducts and told me since it was their fault they were going to go to home depot to get another one and I said ok... They never showed back up! Also, when they where installing they used my dog bed on the stove to protect the range hood from getting scratched up. Normally this would not be an issue for me but when they were installing the tech hit the burner and the dog bed literally caught on fire! I sent pictures and explained everything as nice as I could and they still would not do one thing! They will figure out a way to get out of every situation. I bet this company isn't around much longer treating people like this! The manager is Richard and he obviously needs to be demoted to a non-management position because Jim the guy that spoke to me wouldn't allow me to talk to the manager.

Seriously, please do not use this group. There are plenty of other groups out there to use and if your home warranty people set you up with them tell them you need another group. They can change groups very easily.

Whats funny is the techs on site admitted to doing wrong in front of me but when they had to explain it to their boss they didn't tell the whole truth! Very sad! I wasn't trying to get over on these guys just wanting them to pay for what they damaged on their visit and ended up leaving the hood un-installed for my party so I had to rush and get another company to quickly fix what they couldn't because they are seriously incompetent. It was truly the easiest "plug and play" job I have ever seen and they couldn't complete it! They even were borrowing tools from me. Very odd to have a big van like that and no tools to do the job.

I would be shocked if Richard the manager ever responds to this negative review bc obviously they don't care about there very customer that keeps them in business for the time being at least.

This company was selected to do a job by my home warranty company. They turn off their phones and do not return calls. They sent a plumber to work on my sump pump and technician said an electrician was needed. He said they would put in a work order to have an electrician come out. This was January 25th. I have not gotten a single response from this company since then on the scheduling of the electrician. I’ve called multiple times and sent multiple messages. Now my hardwood floors are starting to warp due to the standing water.

My issue is with company policy. Employee did not fix shower properly. Later, I found quite a bit of mold damage in my garage. Had the mold treated assuming no one would work on the problem with mold being present and not knowing what caused it. After being misdiagnosed and 2 or 3 trips later they found the damage was caused by a previous repair and fixed the leak. Warranty company reimbursed my service fee, but Intertech only sent one of their techs to spray bleach and called that remediation. So now I have had a large opening in the garage for months that isn’t fixed (Intertech claims the warranty has to fix the drywall) and many calls, emails, texts and months later they came to the conclusion that they had no responsibility for the mold treatment.or drywall repair caused exclusively by their mistake. Mistakes happen...that’s not my issue. My concern is not taking responsibility for any damages caused. Had I not had the mold treated when I found it, the problem would have been exponentially worse.

If I could give ZERO stars I would!!! We have a home warranty and my air quit working. This is who my warranty chose to help me. They canceled the first day 40 minutes before my appointment. Then when I called my warranty the next morning to get a new contractor because he said he could not come till the next week, my warranty called him and he stated that he had cancelations and could come that day. So waited and he never called. So then I called him and he then told me that no he could still not come till that next week. So he comes that Monday and says he has to order the part. Call A WEEK LATER and he says he has a lot of tickets at the moment and has not gotten mine submitted yet. So now between his cancelations and not getting my ticket submitted I have now been without air for 13 days!!!!!! NO EXCUSE AT THIS POINT

Would give 0 stars. Not happy with this company at all! Going through my home warranty for dryer not heating. Submitted request on a Saturday, supposed to receive a call but never did. I finally called Intertech Tuesday. Told them that it was likely the heating element. Guy shows up and immediately asks to use our bathroom!!! Seriously!? Was here 20 min said it was heating element. never heard back with me next appointment . I called home warranty on Friday morning and Intertech had not called in the order. 😡. Terrible business

I would give zero stars if possible. My home warranty company chose this company to repair my dryer. The technician came on a Monday and said the only problem was a belt, and it would be three to five business days for it to be fixed. He waited until Thursday to turn in his report, meaning the three to five days wouldn’t start until a week after I started the process. When I found out Thursday that the problem was an inability to submit a simple report, I was promised it would be submitted to the warranty company that day. It still wasn’t submitted by the following Monday. The customer service rep, “Jim,” is unbelievably rude. I would NEVER recommend this company.

Called for septic tank line stopped up. Septic tank backed up. First crew caused more septic backup and left a mess without solving the problem. Second crew evaluated the line and said it was good and the problem was the septic tank which my Service Line Warranty didn’t cover. I called a septic tank company which quickly discovered the line was blocked by roots. The tank was in perfect shape. So I was out hundreds of dollars to the septic company when it should have been covered by my line warranty. The crews that came out were incompetent.
