Was scheduled to come and service my home on June 14th 2023 between the hours of 8 and 10 am and never seen or heard from Phillip again.

Never showed up when said he would. would call and say he was on his way but still never show up. for days got excuse after excuse as to why he couldn't show up. He even told my husband to dig up our tank so he could get to it so my husband did and still wouldn't show. Then just quit answering for me.service is very terble and they are lier's. Put my life on hold for a month to stay home and wait on them cause they where always gonna "show up" the next day and never did. They didn't care my septic a where I lived at the time was backed up.

The first time I called this place I spoke to an actual human & left my number for someone else to call me back. No one ever returned the call. Several days later I called again & got an answering service, who took down quite a few details from me. Once again nobody ever bothered to call me back. Needless to say, the major job I need to have done has been scheduled with someone else. (I'd rather not have to use the Google star rating since they never did any work for me, but it's the only way to get a review published.)

This is a wonderful company who not only provides quick and professional affordable services. The owners are good, solid and honest people. They cover this community's services needs as if you are a family member and always provide friendly services to all of its residences and businesses in our area as well as they are the BEST in their industry!!!
