Friday afternoon 4:30pm just got home from work and trying to leave for short vacation. Septic tank has backed up and not working. Called several places and offered to pay extra for call out. Last call was to America’s 1 septic. Explained my dilemma and Philip was here within 20 minutes. He pumped the tank and found the float was bad on our pump. His crew replaced the float and pump that next Monday. I wish there were more service companies like this. Great job, very reasonable price and courteous.

5 star service! Philip came out on a Saturday morning on Memorial Day weekend and really bailed us out. Our septic system was backing up into our house. We couldnt flush toilets or shower. He was a life saver! Super nice guy & great prices. I highly recommend him if you are ever in need. Thank you so much Philip!

When I called, Phillip was very responsive and quickly put my mind at ease. He was able to come out the very next day since it wasn’t an emergency. They were very professional and was willing to answer my “stupid” questions (my words, not his). Phillip was awesome to deal with, he was very helpful and knowledgeable of what he’s doing. He went above and beyond to help me out. He actually talked to my plumber who had come to assess my problem so they could get a game plan. And he was able to get my septic tank pumped on a Friday so I wouldn’t be without plumbing over the weekend. I highly recommend his company and he’s just a super nice guy and the gentleman with him was super nice. Hard to find these days.
