Had a five minute job putting on 4 way twist plug. Pete said he would get new plug and extension wire and be back the next day. No show no call refused to return my call. Wasted my day waiting for him to come ! Highly Unreliable

I have been very disappointed in my most recent dealings with Pete butler electric. He had done work for my mother in the past and we had no complaints but on the last encounter he installed a new light fixture that has stopped working and we have been unable to reach him for repair or replacement. He has not returned our calls for months and I’m very surprised and saddened at such treatment to an elderly customer

Had 3 outdoor out electric outlets installed at our home in Westpointe subdivision, Bryant. They did a great job, everything works great, looks great. Our tech was super nice too.

I would not use them. Could not get a simple quote out of them for 3 weeks. They kept telling me they will respond by Friday. Then Friday comes and no response whatsoever. This lasted 3 weeks. I finally called them and asked them how long I takes and they said another week. This was just to get a quote.
When I spoke to the owner and told them I don’t understand why it was taking so long, I was told that I seem to be unhappy and need to go find someone else to do my electrical work. No apology whatsoever. Very rude.
Do not waste your time with them. They are too busy working on their “big project” to care about small guy.

We are doing a kitchen remodel. Our contractor hired Eric to finish up some electrical work. He truly was amazing. His work and work ethic was impeccable. He realized that we needed a new line to the breaker box for several appliances, so that we wouldn’t flip a breaker when trying to run a couple things at once. He was able to get everything we needed done without tearing things down. I would definitely recommend him for ANY electrical work you need done. I have his business saved in my phone for all future repairs or projects.
