Noel, Sylvan, and Joel did the install quickly and more professionally than other residential installs I have seen. Once we decided to go with Southwest, it took two days and they were there installing the furnace unit. Polite, professional, and speedy. Price couldn't be beat either. We look forward to doing business with Southwest when we have future improvements.

Noel and his team are amazing. Very knowledgeable and care deeply about getting your system in good shape, no matter how old or new. My system is 27 years old. They didn’t try to hard sell me on a new unit, just cared about making sure the one I had still operated as it should. They are my now my new HVAC team. Call them.

Mr Norel and his team came to my home and we're pretty honest and blunt of my ac situation gave the options after diagnosing with his AC gadgets and after hearing their honest opinions and them providing a professional first impressions, I agreed to the replacement on my unit. He wasn't the cheapest but I tell ya South WEST HEAT AND AIR. Are worth every penny, he went as far as providing us with a room AC unit until the main unit was replaced. Don't go for the big franchise ac guys call Southwest, affordable and professional.

Noel is outstanding! Another provider told me the entire unit needed to be replaced because they couldn’t identify the issue. Noel came out, performed a pressure test, and located the problem areas within an hour. Throughout the process, he shared photos and videos so I could see exactly what was happening. Once he identified one of the leaks, he even called the company with me there to help locate the correct replacement part.

He ordered the part, repaired my unit, and had everything resolved within a week and without overcharging me. Noel communicates clearly, is extremely knowledgeable, and is genuinely friendly. I’m very grateful for his help and highly recommend him!

They were scheduled to be here sometime after 8am for a water heater quote only. They called at 7am and arrived right at 8. After quoting me I asked when they could do the install. He said immediately. I was shocked. Andrew, the gentleman who came out was super nice, professional at all times, informed me of everything he would be doing and updated me as he went along. Water installed and up to code in a half day. I will be using Paschal on all future plumbing needs and AC needs as well.

Literally insane how amazing they are, I’m going to sound like a paid actor…I got an assessment and quote from another company in the area (LR) due to poor airflow to one side of my house I just bought and they told me I had to replace my entire duct system for $10,000. Called Paschal and they assessed and told me 5 plenums would fix the issue and it cost $1200. Moral of the story is call Paschal. Signed up for a service contract for my home and my rental property and will continue to do so for as long as I have air conditioning. Paschal customer for life.

Wyatt is not only incredibly smart, but wonderful to talk to. Very thorough and thoughtful at the same time. Im very sick and because of my allergies, he even wiped down the counter for me. Just wonderful kind and is going to be someone who is key for your company in the future. Really knows his work! Please read this out loud to the team! We had a fantastic experience with Christopher Wyatt Smith from Paschal Air, Plumbing & Electric! Our air conditioner suddenly started blowing warm air during a very hot stretch, and we were desperate for a quick fix. Christopher arrived promptly & within the time frame that was quoted. He was incredibly professional, and immediately got to work.

He quickly diagnosed the problem — believe it or not, a lizard had shorted out the capacitor! While that’s something we never would’ve guessed, Christopher explained everything clearly and had the issue resolved in no time. His knowledge, efficiency, and friendly demeanor made the whole experience stress-free.
