This company is so disorganized and not reliable. I called in an insurance claim and it was assigned to this company. I tried calling for 2 days and the line was always busy. They did not call me until 3 days later and wanted to come out to my house in the middle of the night on short notice. It was so sketchy... and why couldn't you call earlier to make an appointment?? Do you not have a calendar? People have jobs and need to plan. And they said because my claim was for a refrigerator that it was "low priority." Its a low priority that people have to EAT?! Excuse me?!?! The lady said that she could maybe squeeze me in the following morning and I have yet to hear from them. And shocker, the phone number is still not working. HORRIBLE customer service skills!!

We had our dryer stop working and Samsung sent us to this "lovely" company. My husband called them to schedule them to come fix it on 6/6. She came out to look at it and told us she would order the part and she would be back out on 6/8 or 6/9. No call or anything even with us trying to get in touch with them. Finally my husband made contact with them on 6/12 and they told them the parts were still not there. On 6/19 they told them the parts came in and they would be coming out to fix it on the 20th or the 21st. He tried contacting them on both of these days and could NOT get in touch with anyone. It used to go to a call center now it says when you call, "We're sorry, but they person you have called has a voicemail box that has not been setup yet. Goodbye."

Moral of the story, it's been 3 weeks since our dryer stopped working. We now have to get someone else out here to come fix our dryer.

Such a wonderful service you have Arkansas Appliance and A.C.... You definitely know how to take care of your customers...

You should definitely be reimbursing us for our time wasted on your company and having to clean our clothes elsewhere.

Had a five minute job putting on 4 way twist plug. Pete said he would get new plug and extension wire and be back the next day. No show no call refused to return my call. Wasted my day waiting for him to come ! Highly Unreliable

I have been very disappointed in my most recent dealings with Pete butler electric. He had done work for my mother in the past and we had no complaints but on the last encounter he installed a new light fixture that has stopped working and we have been unable to reach him for repair or replacement. He has not returned our calls for months and I’m very surprised and saddened at such treatment to an elderly customer

Had 3 outdoor out electric outlets installed at our home in Westpointe subdivision, Bryant. They did a great job, everything works great, looks great. Our tech was super nice too.

I would not use them. Could not get a simple quote out of them for 3 weeks. They kept telling me they will respond by Friday. Then Friday comes and no response whatsoever. This lasted 3 weeks. I finally called them and asked them how long I takes and they said another week. This was just to get a quote.
When I spoke to the owner and told them I don’t understand why it was taking so long, I was told that I seem to be unhappy and need to go find someone else to do my electrical work. No apology whatsoever. Very rude.
Do not waste your time with them. They are too busy working on their “big project” to care about small guy.
