Great service from the start. Easy to schedule in my time frame,very convenient. Technicians explained what to expect with steam cleaning. I was concerned about the grout being stained. When they were done you couldn't tell about the grout but the tile turned out great. Afterwards the grout dried it looked clean as new. I was soooo happy i just had to tell someone. I will use them again. Kudos

First let me start by saying our carpet is older 25+ years old.
We are putting our home on the market. So googled carpet cleaning services I needed to get it done right away, next day to be exact, and Stanley was the only one that offered that. I get my price online and use a promo code and I’m happy with the price well when they got here of course the guy tried up sale and I said no I want what I place my order for. (Which included tax) $150. And of course he told me my living room was two spaces and that was fine because my promo code was for 3 rooms cleaned and either deodorized or protectant. I wanted to protect him. He kept trying to sell me the deodorizer. We didn’t need it. Long story short he given knocking all that off. He never got as low as the amount that I agreed online for the same service. It went from 150 to close to 200. Ok fine whatever we were in a hurry. It looks very good but then as it dried the spots started popping back up. So the guy was a little on the rude side to me when I called him out on the price I was quoted online versus the price he was giving me he said “well I was trying to be nice and give you the hall for free” Woa ok just do your job and go please. So my opinion is… I say NOT WORTH $200 at all

Couldn’t have asked for a better team!! KJ and Ced were the sweetest, most well mannered, hardworking guys!! Very professional and knowledgeable in their skills of cleaning our air duct system at Arkansas Foundation and Drain, LLC. Will definitely recommend them to anyone needing air duct cleaning!

The crew that did the vent cleaning job were friendly and respectful of the furniture. They took off every exhaust and return vent cover, vacuumed the vents accessible vents, and replaced my air filters (filters not provided).

Joshua and Billy did a fantastic job! Very respectful and got done in a timely manner! They are great and my couch looks brand new again!

We wanted the carpet cleaned before Christmas and were concerned that we couldn't get on the schedule. This was great today for the Coleman house. I called at 10am and Jonathan arrived at 12noon! He was polite and professional. And had the floors clean in under an hour. We're waiting for them to dry. 😃

These days you have to wonder if a service will even show up much less do a decent job but these guys hit all the marks and our furniture looks amazing and smells great too. They were professional, timely, courteous, respectful and thorough, we will definitely use them again.

Kylan and Gabriel did an excellent job in cleaning my HVAC vents and ducts. They were very professional and respected my property. I will highly recommend this team from Stanley Steamers!

Coming back here to edit my reviews on my service with the SS team.. the guys who came out were great but the aftermath ended up disastrous for my couch. The couch dried up with brown areas and looked worse compared to its prior state. I called the SS team and was given a run around before I eventually got to speak to a manager who then tried to blame me for the horrible outcome of their cleaning. If you value your couch DO NOT USE at his Stanley Steamers, they do not know how to care for certain fabrics and they turn around to blame you for moving your couch!

The guys did an amazing job! They were kind and respectful of the home. They covered the couches and beds before performing the cleaning. I was impressed with how well the ducts cleaned up. They look like new again. I would recommend every one have their A/C ducts cleaned as needed. The A/C guy that stopped by before said every 3-5 years. Now I see why.

We are very pleased with our experience with Stanley Steemers. Robert was very thorough, did an outstanding job on my rugs and was very polite to work with. I would highly recommend Robert at Stanley Steemers.

Really appreciate this team. We have a white fabric couch and two dogs under 2 y/o. Our couch is beat up on the daily but the Stanley Steamer team was able to restore it to its former glory.

Came quickly to clean my carpet for recent pet stains. Joshua was very kind to let me know after he cleaned a hallway that my carpet was wool and the stains wouldn’t come out. I was expecting to pay a travel fee. Called the manager and she let me know there’s no guarantee and was charged the full $150 ( the minimum fee ) and nothing changed. So disappointing for such a reputable company. Wouldn’t recommend!

The service was beyond amazing and impeccable, and Jimmy was (as he and the entire staff are always) SUPER PROFESSIONAL, ALWAYS TIMELY, and Very Knowledgeable about his job, carpet cleaning, and he had the best customer service ever. I am completely satisfied with Stanley Steemer on the full, remediation-sanitation/ restoration jobs that Jimmy did back in January of this year, and on the carpet cleaning that he did on yesterday, in my upstairs. Tom did a great job. We talked prior to the cleaning and I explained some of the problems we'd had with our poor old Beagle who'd passed away recently. So I knew what results we might expect but Tom explained if we could get fans on the carpet and dry it quicker we could mitigate some of the problems. When he finished, he told me it might be better than we had expected. As As of now, I'm extremely pleased with Tom's efforts. As the carpet has dried through the evening, it's looking really good. Again, I'm extremely pleased.

Cameron hands down provided the best experience with SS that I have ever had. Will be requesting him as a technician again. Very professional and floors and furniture have never looked newer. Thank you.

Stanley Steamer has cleaned our carpet over 3 to 4 times and each experience has been superior. They are always arrive during the window they provide they give you a complementary call right before they come so you’re prepared they assist with moving the furniture and the cleaning process is phenomenal. They were able to get out spots that were Heavily stained. Also they have a deodorizing option which is great if you have an animal like myself, I would recommend Stanley Steamer to anybody that needs to have their carpet or tiles cleaned.
