Mr. Sparky had an opening the same day I called, which worked out great for us. Rodney was extremely thorough and explained things to where I understood them. He was great!

A tree limb ripped my breaker box off the wall, and they came out right away. They replaced it quickly, made sure everything was safe, and took the time to answer all my questions. Super helpful and went above and beyond—highly recommend!

We had an amazing experience with Rodney and Derek! They not only solved our issue quickly and effectively, but Rodney was super helpful in his explanation of the cause of the issue and in his recommendations for future protection. We really appreciated them doing a thorough safety evaluation of our home to give us peace of mind. We will have to have them back soon because our cat was also obsessed with Rodney.

Scottie the service technician explained in detail what needed to be done for proper wiring n installation . Unfortunately at this time I was not able to comply to this service but Scottie came up with alternate solution in which I was satisfied. I do appreciated his expertise, n his explanation on safety concerns .

Mr Sparky (Rodney) arrived on time, very personable and moved my outdated breaker panel from inside to outside where it should be, went from 150 to 200A, he also had to deal with Hot Springs ENTERGY shenanigans while making sure I had power for the night, he did all of this and continued to be jovial, finished on time, left the job site clean and got my power back on. He will return tomorrow for part 2 of my “bring this old house up to date”. A true professional that makes your company look good!

Wonderful job, Sam was super nice and knew exactly what to do! He installed my new stove quickly and easily and we enjoyed having him in our home.
