I contacted Mister Sparky to come out and give me a price on a few items that I needed done around the house. Dennis arrived and followed me around the house as I showed him my to-do list. Before long, I had an estimate and an appointment to get the work scheduled. On the day of the installation, Rodney Cossey, the technician showed up as scheduled and was eager to get started. He was very polite, courteous and took great care of cleaning up in all of the areas while working in and out of our house. Here are a few of the items Mister Sparky took care of: added an outlet in the ceiling and also an extra outlet in the wall of our enclosed back porch, replaced a recessed cam light and installed a timer switch for our front porch, replaced an exterior wall sconce light fixture above the garage door, replaced the dusk to dawn photo sensor for the front yard lamp post and also installed a whole house surge protector at the main breaker box. Needless to say, Rodney was a busy man. He is an excellent electrician and takes pride in his craft. I was empressed with Mister Sparky from the start. Both Dennis and Rodney are true assets to the business. I can guarantee if you invite them into your home for your next project or in the event of an untimely repair... these guys will respect your home from the time they arrive until the time they leave. From covering their shoes to vacuuming up any messes... these guys are amazing! You can go to sleep at night knowing the job was done right.
I will be calling them back out to replace the ceiling fans in our living room and back porch, replacing the front porch hanging light and replacing the backyard floodlight. Mister Sparky's number is saved to my cellphone. The best electricians around!!!

The electrician wasn't very much help as far as fixing the problem but, he did give me some good advice. I repaired the problem myself.

Dennis did great work! He uninstalled and reinstalled a ceiling fan in no time.

Rodney and Lucas did a great job replacing our panel. They were polite, friendly, and got the job done quickly. They cleaned up the area and left it looking great.

We began using Mr. Sparky for our electrical needs several years ago. They never disappoint. They come when they say they will, give us an accurate estimate, and do the job quickly and professionally. And they send out experienced electricians like Samuel Engle—very personable with a delightful sense of humor!

Mr. Scottie was very knowledgeable about the electrical. He explained two wires that were wired backward. He reversed the wires and the unit started to work. Great job. I will be using Mr. Sparky in the near future. Sincerely , David

Scottie was wonderful to work with on my electrical needs. He made sure my house was up to date on all electrical safety protocol. He hung a chandelier perfectly, and even took the box with him. He was so knowledgeable on everything electric!

Scottie Foshee and his partner did an amazing job! He was very time efficient and knowledgeable! They were able to fix my problem in a timely manner with no surprises!! I would definitely use them again and again if I had too!

Samuel Engle assisted by his apprentice Ayden has completed an extensive updating to my electric service, bringing my home up to code on several issues, changing over to LED lights throughout the house, adding exterior lighting for my entry stairs, driveway, carport, and deck. I am delighted with the care and craft of his work and could not be more pleased with his performance. Ayden also gave excellent performance as Apprentice throughout the completion of this project.

Rodney was AMAZING!! So warm and friendly. Not only did he help me with all of my electrical needs, he offered suggestions and he was even conversational outside of work related events! I saved his work number and I told him I would DEFINITELY refer him and call again! It’s hard to find friendly and efficient help these days and Mr. Rodney exceeded all of my expectations!

Rodney came out to give us an estimate on a whole home generator install, and I was immediately impressed by how knowledgeable and professional he was. He took the time to explain everything clearly and answer all of my questions. He was also so pleasant to work with that I ended up having him take care of some additional electrical work on the spot. Everything was done quickly, neatly, and with great attention to detail. I couldn’t be happier with the experience—highly recommend Rodney for anyone in need of a skilled and trustworthy electrician!

I can not say enough good things about Mr Sparky! I called due to some electrical problems in my home that no one else was able to resolve. Dennis and his team came out quickly tomorrow home and identified the problem and gave me very reasonable cost estimate. They were professional, thorough, kind and courteous through out the run in my home. They clearly were experts in all electrical issues! They completed the work in an efficient manner and I have had no electrical problems since the work was completed. I had a great experience with Mr. Sparky of Little Rock. I had Samuel Engle as my electrician. He was very professional and thorough. He took his time to ensure proper diagnosis of the problem. He was honest as well to finding out my appliances were the problem and not my electricity. I hope this review helps any other customers trying to find the right electrician for their homes.

Great service and luke as the technician you get what you pay for. The Generac has not ran for months, and I wasn’t aware of it. He tested it after Repairing the unit. The price they quoted me is what it was and I was not offered any discount discounts or anything for this review. I was offsite when the technician did the repairs and he sent me videos step-by-step on everything he did which I really appreciated. I’ll definitely call back to Mister Sparky..

Samuel Engle was so helpful and professional when he kept his appointment with us. He was on time and worked tireless to help us with our problems. He was patient and answered all of our questions regarding the services provided by Mr Sparky. We will always ask for him if we need help in the future. Your firm should treasure an employee like Sam.
