Called on a monday morning, stating that our commercial front air system was not working. Repairmen came went to the roof did his repair and came down and had invoice email to us. I told us that our filters were dirty and the drain was plugged. Did not mention at all that he had pulled the filters and not replaced the filters with anything. Our roof repair man and came later in the day and stated.Are you aware that your air conditioner filters are laying on the roof and you have no filter in place. Nowhere was it ever mentioned to us at the filters were pulled but not replaced.. never were we asked even if we wanted to buy new filters which is a standard industry upsell, which should have been done. So had the roof man not told us we had no filters, we would not have known.And would have blown up our unit. Called the company they stated filter replacement comes with quarterly maintenance of a hundred and eighty nine dollars every three months. Stated filter's cost. I wasn't asking for anything for free. I just wanted the air conditioner fixed when I stated. I called you to repair the A. C he said, I did it's running, isn't it. Now I have to pay another company. Another service call to come and put filters in. I will be reporting this to the BBB. $209 to clear drain plus and REMOVE filters. Thank God for the roof man. Or we would be looking to buy a new unit in no time running.It in this heat with no filters.

AC went out today. Our tech Terry came super fast and made all the repairs quickly and for a fair price. Couldnt be happier(and cooler).

I've just recently discovered this company and am so glad I did. I've gotten the run around and been ripped off by several other commercial refrigeration companies. Dustin has been GREAT--my refrigeration equipment is working better than it ever has!!! Thank you, Seth, for sending him!!! They also give you a quote in writing ahead of time--so you know how long the job will take. There's no continuously adding hours on. If I could give them 6 stars I would. HIGHLY recommend!!

Any question I had James knew the answer They are a locally run company so you will get the personal experience you don’t get from a larger run business. I refer them to all my friends and family and won’t be going anywhere else for my heating/cooling/electrical services.

Did not show back up to finish the job and was already paid in full. Will not return calls or texts. Beware. Would not recommend.

These guys are TOP NOTCH! They were professional from the first call to the conclusion of the job. I would highly recommend these guys for ANY heat and air issues…. I’ll probably be purchasing a new unit from them come summer time. They’ve earned my trust.

We had our AC stop cooling in the middle of the day in the middle of June. After calling several of the big names in town and them telling us it would be a week or so. infinity was there 10 minutes after I first called. The total repair was complete about an hour after I first called them. Now that's service!! The cost was also less than expected!! We will be using them for all HVAC work in the future!!
