Got a furnace installed (due to broken blower motor). They were great to work with! Speedy with the estimate, invoice, and warranty information

Had an upstairs a/c unit go out in middle of summer. We called a few places to give estimates. One Calls was higher and their quotes don't include tax like the others did, however they seemed knowledgeable and I am willing to pay more for folks I can trust. I noticed after the install my internet no longer worked. Went up to the attic, which was cooler than ever due to some seals around the piping of the new blower unit weren't set and air was leaking into the attic which wasn't a big deal, and saw my ethernet cable was crushed under the new unit. Ordered another 100 ft cable and took about an hour to reroute the cable through walls and get everything set up.

When company called a week or so after install and asked how things were going, I told them and didn't ask to be reimbursed my hourly rate for doing the work but how about for the cable... said they would but never did.

Absolutely love the service! The compressor went out on our 17+ year old unit. My son contacted One Call Service Group for us and within two days we had a new complete and reasonably priced heat & air package installed. The workers were fast, efficient, knowledgeable, and very courteous. The new unit works fantastic and is much more efficient than the old one. The installation work looks great. We are very satisfied (and cool) customers!

Outstanding HVAC service! Call was made Friday after 5 pm with A/C issue. Within 30 minutes, Joe had arrived and began his diagnosis. Problem was solved and unit is now running and cooling. A few weeks ago, my family was given a situation when our beloved family member was sent to our family home to live his last few days assisted with Hospice. That situation lasted 5 weeks and during that time our air conditioner went out. We called our home warranty company who sent someone out. The person they sent spoke to my sister, who was losing her husband and she was a person who was also in her most vulnerable state, who told her the unit was too old to repair and she needed to get a new AC unit. I smelled a rat and called One Call Service Group to come out and check it out for us and they found the unit only needed freon. They checked out all of the unit and they also filled the freon and the AC has been working beautifully ever since. They treated us with respect, they did their job quickly and have even followed up on us to make sure that all is working fine. I'm signed up for the spring and fall service, and One Call's team has gone above and beyond on service and education each time they've come out. This last time, my furnace went out right before Thanksgiving, and they not only squeezed me in but also went the extra mile to get in touch with the warranty group despite the office closing early for the holidays. This is the one you want! Reasonable diagnostic fee, transparent pricing, and the furnace seems to run better than ever, as in way more efficiently. The technician Danny was knowledgeable and respectful, came out here and fixed the heat JUST in time before we got sleet and snow.

Just had HVAC system replaced by One Call. Service from estimates and recommendations to what system I needed and installation was excellent. Randy took a lot of time to answer my questions about how heat-pumps work and what fit my needs - I like to understand how equipment works and it's a big purchase. Installation was excellent, James and partner very efficient; they worked all day (10 hrs) to finish the job in one day. Great cleanup, explained thermostat settings, how duel fuel system worked etc. Even petted my dogs.

After 20 plus years since our house was built, our air-conditioning unit went on to meet its' maker. Unfortunately, it decided to leave us on what would be the hottest days of summer. My father recommended Sam and his crew over at One Call Service Group. Whenever you invite strangers into your home, you never know for sure what kind of people will show up at the door. After meeting Sam and his son, along with a couple of their other workers, I felt very comfortable having them roam freely throughout my house. I had absolutely no problem leaving them there alone while I went back to my busy day at work. They were all very professional. One Call removed and hauled off the old equipment, then proceeded to do a magnificent job of installing our new heat and air system. I can't say enough good things about Sam and his company. I now know who to call in the future and would highly recommend them to anyone in need of a service repair or a completely brand new HVAC system.

We encountered a problem with our heating unit right before the nasty weather came in January 2026. One Call was suggested, so I reached out. When I called, I spoke to Stacy.
