We will be signing up for their basic Service Plan, which offers some nice incentives for people who want to have regular, preventative maintenance done on their HVAC system. If my math is right, you'll save money on just the service visit fees alone (after the first inspection), and the discounted repair costs are an added bonus for those repairs that hurt the wallet.

They have competitively priced inspection fees, and our tech today had several years of experience!

Our home warranty provider used One Call Service Group to replace the compressor on our HVAC last year. They were completely unresponsive, and once the part was finally replaced it failed. Once it was replaced again it failed to cool properly, even after multiple calls.

We hired our own contractor instead of relying on our home warranty and getting stuck with One Call again. After looking out our HVAC they found that One Call had replaced our 3 1/2 ton compressor with a 2 ton compressor. So either these guys are completely incompetent and used the wrong parts and couldn't determine that they used the wrong parts after multiple reports that the system wasn't functioning properly, or they were trying to pull a fast one on our home warranty to replace the part with a cheaper one and pocket the difference.

We have used One Call for both business and personal HVAC work. They have always been professional, fair and easy to work with. Look forward to continuing to work with them in the years to come.
