We had prompt, efficient, competent service from Marco and he came out on a Sunday to fix our A/C. We will definitely call on them again when service is required.

One Call Service Group did an amazing job installing my new HVAC unit for my home. Sam, Tanner and their crew are extremely talented, professional, clean and did the job in record time! I would highly recommend them for any residential or commercial HVAC or refrigeration work.

I bought a new home in May of 2022. During the home inspection the inspector discovered the furnace was not working. Previous owner called One Call and they replaced the control board. In early December the furnace quit working. I called One Call on Friday the 9th and they said they could have someone there of Saturday. Shortly after the tech arrived on Saturday, he found that the ignitor was not working. The tech showed me the part and gave me the cost to replace it. I approved the cost and the tech replaced it and everything was working. When he came down from the attic, he told me that he had called Sam about my issue and Sam told him that the new control board required a 120V ignitor that comes as part of the control board kit and should have been replaced along with the new control board. Because of that, they did not charge me for the new ignitor and also waived the service call charge. I was very impressed with how honest and fair they were in resolving the issue. I decided that day to take a PM Agreement with One Call and they will be my first call any time I have HVAC issues.

I have been using One Call for several years now for heating and air and have always found them to be curtious, very fair and qualified to do my service work.
Sam Coulter (owner) has always shown me nothing but respect and promptness in making sure his team makes sure that I'm satisfied.

I had my AC system serviced today and it was a great experience. friendly and polite technician arrived when expected, and yes with a face mask (and gloves). he checked everything on the system, cleaned, checked pressures etc. was overall a great experience and would recommend One Call Service Group to my friends.

We own several properties that are nightly rentals through Airbnb. When the heat and air aren't working it means guests have a bad experience or we have a cancellation. It’s so important to have a trusted team to take these calls and get the work done quickly. One Call ALWAYS gets the job done! We have used these guys for years and wouldn’t call anyone else!

My a/c quit working in June 2017. I called One Call late in the day and they sent someone out the next day at a time convenient for me. They confirmed what I already suspected, my unit was an old R-22 refrigerant system and it was not repairable. One Call provided a very reasonable estimate and installed a new unit. In short: They came when they said they would. They did what they said they'd do. They charged what they said it would cost. They were courteous and friendly. They did good work and didn't leave any mess. My air hasn't worked this well since I bought the place new nearly 16 years ago. I'm very satisfied.

One Call Service Group was assigned by my home warranty to service my heating unit. I submitted the request late that night on 3/13/17 and they called me the next morning to set up an appointment for that afternoon on 3/14/17. They actually called back and said they could come earlier and they were in and out of my house in less than 30 minutes. They were very nice and fixed my issue and educated me on the issue. I had a positive experience.

What a wonderful company to work with! Sam is responsive to communication, and wait time for installation was excellent (from a Monday afternoon call to an early Wednesday morning install). First let me say this had been the last people I called, should have been my first. After calling and waiting for 24 hours without hearing from the other companies, no heat, I called this company and they came the same day within a couple of hours. Fixed my issues didn't try and up sell or anything. They were both professional and got the job done in 45 minutes. The price was responsible considering the weather. We will continue to use this company for our heating and air needs in the future.
