If I could rate this man any lower I would. He was supposed to remodel a 5x8 bathroom an elderly family member after they had a pipe burst. He said it would take them three days after they ripped everything out.The man has kids who dont know what they are doing working for him, and all they do is sit on their cell phone or stand around. The entire crew only works for about an hour and most of that is spent walking back and forth trying to cut a single board, which takes at least two of them to cut it. 4 weeks later, with no other bathroom, my family has a terribly half done bathroom. This company cant cut anything to save their life, everything is crooked, and to make matters worse they are threatning my family saying they need to pay them even more money or they will put a lean on their house. This entire time all Charles has done is try and take advantage of a sweet elderly couple and get away with it. I beleive he wanted to get the check and never finish the job, and leave them without a bathroom. This man claims to be a Godly man, however he is trying to swindle them for all the money he can after giving lie after lie. To top it all off he will not keep showing up to the house and spouting threats off and as soon as you try and speak with him, he literally runs and gets in his vehicle and leaves. This not only is a bad situation, but it is causing two wonderful elderly people to be stressed and making their life more difficult. Please, do not hire this man, for your own sake and maybe if no one hires him, he will stop taking advantage of people who are just wanting thier life and home back to normal, but insted are having to have the work redone, because everything they did was unsalvagable, and Charles is showing up all the time threatening them if they dont pay him more money than they already have.

Charles came out and told me there was a leak under my slab. He said it was probably an underground spring. Charged me $1750 for the 2 inspections that he did, and tried to get me to lie to my insurance company.
American leak detection came out and found the problem. My hot water heater was leaking. This guy is a crook. Don't use this company.

This guy comes out to find my leak and tells me it is inside by my hot water heater!
I cut the sheetrock out and find out there is no leak inside!I have my plumber isolate
the line only to fid out the leak was outside!I called Mr Charles and he said i was a scammer!
All i wanted him to do is come back and find the leak since it has been isolated to one area!
He says i am trying to scam him! Wow i have no choice at this point but to hire a attorney!
We will se who prevails!

Definitely scammers. I was told to "wait" to call my insurance adjuster. And kept being told to write this check and that check. Then went back and forth with the adjuster and never decided on an actual amount for the job. Told us that had removed all of the trim and didn't. Instead of sawing the sheetrock correctly they just knocked it out with a hammer. Worst experience I've ever had with a contractor.

Brandon was professional and thorough in his investion of our leak issues. I highly recommend.

I used them to try to make sure there were no leaks in our foundation prior to work starting. They did find a leak, but during the process some freak accident occurred and our bathroom flooded. They worked to rectify the issues and fully covered the cost of the repair and mitigation. They addressed the leak and treated us very fairly throughout. They are expensive, yes, but they do good work.

If I could give these guys a higher rating, I would. Very professional, so polite, and incredibly knowledgeable. Mr. Louis Martin and Layton were great! They took the time to explain things to me in clear terms for someone who doesn’t have the same knowledge, to where I could understand what was going on. They were super helpful and so kind. I WILL be calling again for any other leak detection or plumbing services!

The guys were very friendly and professional and did all they could to find the leak. The leak decided to stop leaking while they were here. Once it starts leaking again I plan to call them back to find it again. They did verify there was a leak by looking at the water meter upon their arrival. Its not their fault the leak decided to stop leaking while they were here.

Was loosing about 1.5 in of water a day. Two very nice men came by and spent a few hours checking pipes and diving to check the shell of the pool. Thankfully all the lines were good and they found a small separation around the skimmer . They repaired it and voila no more leak. I was in the pool industry for 47 years at these people were very professional. I would highly recommend them if you are having a leak in your pool.

I had a water leak in the line coming from the street to the house. The men came out and found the leak and it was 15 feet from the main valve. They were telling me that I needed to tear out my driveway to fix the leak, they said the sleeve under it had collapsed. They wanted to charge me $10,000 to do so. I told them I was a home builder and they were lying through their teeth! They never gave up the grift. I called a different plumber and showed him where the leak was and he fixed it for $1500. These people are absolute crooks and they’re not to be trusted ever!
