Crew showed up on time, worked professionally, unfortunately they were unable to locate leak, in all fairness, ground area changed through the years as well as depth, actual water line route was unknown... but the crew realized soon enough leak was too difficult to locate and stopped work soon enough to help control costs.

Casey Morden checked out a problem with a water leak. He found the location of the leak and recommended appropriate solutions, taking into account how his solution would affect future remodeling activities. He was very good at explaining in layman’s terms what he would do and what effects that would have on future plans. He is now my “go to” plumber.

Casey came out to try to identify if there was a water leak somewhere in my home that was causing my ceramic tile to buckle. He explained every step he was taking to identify the source of "any leak". Ultimately he told me if there was a break or leak in the system, there would be a noticeable change in the water pressure when he turned everything on. So we have eliminated the possibility that water leakage is causing the buckling. On to the next measures to get at the cause and repair the floor.
