Two rooms carpet cleaned. With long standing stains thought difficult to remove. Ready to settle for partial cleaning, I.e. diminished stains. Voila - stains totally removed. Exciting!
One recalcitrant rust colored long-standing spot in front of bathroom, resistant. But that is coverable with small space carpet. In the two well trafficked room - effective (surprising!) stain removal

Casey and Dan were wonderful. I have a lot of carpet but they were finished in a little over an hour. I was ready to pitch this carpet! It’s very light and hard to keep clean but came out perfect. Yall need to set up an annual service. Best experience EVER getting carpet cleaned!

I was not told the price for an area rug until they were done and it was almost $100 more than I was quoted for three rooms. Transparency would have been appreciated. They arrived 15 minutes late. They did not get under the beds as I was told they would and the beds are high enough where it would have been easy to reach. Very disappointed.

Ultra Clean called and arrived early. Both guys were very friendly, personable and professional. Offered additional services if I was interested. Did a great job on carpet. All stains removed and they were in and out in a timely fashion. Prices were very reasonable. Highly recommend!

It started with a very pleasant interaction with Alishia. She explained the services they provide. Casey and Dave were very knowledgeable and explained the process of cleaning, deodorizing, stain protection, and drying of furniture and area rug. They were all professional. I have been a long time fan and customer. I’ve also used the Boys in Blue for carpet cleaning, extraction of water from the HVAC unit, and busted frozen pipes. They always deliver and I will used their services again! Most companies don’t service upholstery/cleaning of apartments complexes, but they had no issues cleaning on the 3rd floor. Thanks Again.
