They did really great work. I called and they came out the next day. I have older carpets and they were still able to make them look and smell really clean. I will use them in the future and recommend their services to anyone.

Bathroom tile looked great, but the kitchen did not meet my expectations. The guys came back out and fully addressed the situation, very pleased.

I have used Desert Rose in the past with good results. This time, I had poor results. They did not get my carpet clean. It took me a while to reach the service manager, as she had been out sick. The owner also reached out to me. I had a different employee re-clean my carpet. It turned out beautiful, just like the first time. They went above and beyond to provide excellent cleaning service. Would I recommend their cleaning service? Yes, with full confidence.

They did an awesome job! I pay particular attention to people's level of professionalism and I do not give unearned compliments! Thanks to Stacy (who arranged my service) and thanks to Fred and Chandler who did an awesome job in my home! My carpets look brand new. Chandler even brought in my delivery from the UPS man cause I didn't want to get in the way! Highly recommend them.

This company is wonderful. They did a great job on my carpet, couch and some rugs. I can tell they take pride in their reputation and the job they perform. Even the employees who answered the phone were kind and helpful. I am extremely pleased. James and Nolan were my technicians and they were very polite, communicative, and respectful. I would highly recommend them and would definitely use their services again if needed.

We were very impressed with Desert Rose. They were punctual, friendly and did a great job cleaning our carpets in a very timely manner. Both of the technicians that came to our house were professional and were upfront with pricing and recommendations for what we needed done to our carpets. We will definitely use them again in the future.

These guys did an amazing job and will definitely be using them from here on out. Not only do they have very reasonable prices but they do an outstanding job. My toddler destroyed her carpet with tons of stains and they made it look brand new, and it smells amazing! They came out on time when they said they would and had it done in a very timely manner. Very nice, respectful guys and will get the job done perfectly. I highly recommend going through them for all your cleaning needs.

They seem to take rug cleaning seriously. Very through check in process and you know exactly how much your cleaning is going to cost.

I didn’t expect them to be able to clean up some old spots but they did and fairly quickly!

I noticed that this site did not have a review a previously posted on another site, so I wanted to be sure to include it here. Beware, and avoid, this company.

We hired them to take care of my deceased mothers carpet and my brothers carpet nearby. They did both, we paid, and they asked for our comments a few days later. They were told we were not satisfied as a 6 year old carpet looked like it had streaks of dirt and clean throughout the house. They told us they would be here today between 12 and 2 to take care of the problem. When they were not here, we called and their manager told us we were not scheduled. The manager said that was just the office person and that they would not be out. My wife stayed on the phone with him until they agreed to come out. The workers showed up and told us they were told they could either clean just the spots or they would have to charge for the whole house. We let them start on the spots and it blended in with the cleaned areas-his workers saw and agreed. They then called the manager and he told them to pack it in and leave because they had another job to get to. When we disagreed he dialed his boss back and gave my wife the phone. She even offered to pay him some extra to finish the spots. He refused to answer her and then insisted on talking to his employee again so my wife gave the phone back. The employee listened for a second and then said he was needed to go outside to talk. He then came back in and said his boss told him to pack up and leave. They left and my wife started scrubbing with Stainmaster Stain Remover from Wal Mart. She was able to get the spots out.

Their boss did a whole lot of talking, but no listening. He insisted that there are some carpets that just can't be cleaned, my wife proved that this was not one of them. We tried to get the manager to drive over and look for himself, but he refused. We offered to send him pictures but he wouldn't give us a cell number to send to him. Bottom line - the workers are not allowed to do their job if their manager thinks they are spending too much time there, he wants them to move to the next paying job. The technician said he has been cleaning carpets for 10 years so he knows what he is doing and that now it is looking dirty again so there is no use in trying to fix their job. The manager was unwilling to stand behind their work

They did a great job. Super nice and professional.

We had Desert Rose clean a 10 x 14 rug, two chairs, one ottoman and two stools. They did an excellent job. We will certainly use them again in the future.

Desert Rose was fabulous with VERY reasonable pricing. When life is busy, who has time to overhaul a carpet from a sick pet and daily traffic of kids and grandkids. Thank you so much Desert Rose for caring and taking care of my rugs and sectional!!!! Awesome job! Nolan was friendly and communicated well with me!

Wonderful company, wonderful people, and wonderful service! I have a 4 year old that makes quite the mess on my white carpet (I know 😩— who has white carpet and kids LOL). However, Desert Rose came in and made my carpet look brand new! I couldn’t be more satisfied with how my carpet turned out. I will be using them quarterly to keep my carpet clean, fresh, and WHITE! You won’t regret using them, thank me later
