Jim Fore Real Estate, Inc. regularly has the need for carpet and floor cleaning in connection with readying properties for market to sell and lease. I have called on Desert Rose for so long I don't remember how many years, but at least fifteen. Ben and Company are always professional, reliable, friendly, do excellent work, and with trustworthy technicians. I have used and referred them to others dozens of times with great results.

Kieth was wonderful. I would recommend highly. No complaints.

They arrived on time and did a good job. I recommend them for a well done job without coverup perfumes.

Desert Rose was able to restore my carpet damaged by a previous professional carpet cleaner. I can’t believe the old sticky stains are gone!! The natural carpet nap and thickness is back. I am thrilled!!!

Excellent Work. Keith was the technician. He explained every step from beginning to end. Customer Service was excellent. Answered my questions with so much clarity. We'll be using them again in the near future.

Arrived on time and gave detailed information about the work ahead of starting. I was happily surprised at the results of the upholstery and spot carpet cleaning. It was possible to add the spot cleaning to the original plan for the trip.

I did not think some of the stain could be removed but Keith done an amazing job! He took his time and done an excellent job! Will diffently use this company again.

I would definitely recommend Desert Rose for cleaning services. I didn’t get the technicians names, but they were both informative, very kind and did an amazing job. I really enjoyed talking to them and can see a HUGE difference in my carpet. I feel like I received MORE than the price I paid, they are very reasonable, I will definitely use them again.

Desert Rose answered my call for help before they opened at 8:00am. They made time for me earlier that day than was expected. They cleaned up a huge mess. After the carpet dried, I noticed a few very light stains. I reported them to the manager that night and they send a crew back the next day to make it right. The carpet looks and smells great! Thank you! Highly recommended! Will use again in the future.

Update: I hired Desert Rose to clean up another mess two weeks after the first time I hired them. My call was answered (again) before business hours and Wayne was dispatched to my house to help. Another quality job! I will continue to contact this company when needed A+ service!

We had my dad’s carpet and sofa cleaned, which had extensive pet stains and smells. The service was scheduled quickly and the gentleman that came was very professional and thorough. My expectation was not high due to the pet issues and we were simply hoping to just be able to put off new carpet for little while. After this cleaning we are not concerned with the carpet and feel we have several more years before having to worry about replacement. It is nice to be able run around the house barefooted! We have had our own carpet cleaned by a well known company and that service does not come close to the quality of service we received from Desert Rose. This company will be the only company we call in the future. My husband and I highly recommend this company.
