Terribly rude staff members were not willing to listen and understand what i was trying to buy.

Always very helpful and I love that they have data supplies too.

Did great work always professional. Had work uniforms that made them look professional.
They sent text with picture letting you know who was coming and that they were on the way.

Tristan Boyd did an excellent job assessing my project. He was very knowledgeable and helpful regarding the new fixtures we were installing. I would not hesitate to work with him again in the future.

My initial call was for a ring doorbell. I did not know the visit came with an electrical inspection, and thank goodness it did. In addition to addressing the electrical concerns they installed brand new smoke detectors. Scottie and Ayden were professional, respectful, explained everything to me about the items that needed to be addressed. They weee respectful of my home and took before and after photos of the work. I will be using them again. Thank you

Very professional,explained everything and got it done the same day

Had one of my smoke detectors go off. The service tech was here within an hour from the time i called. Very professional and was able to switch out the smoke detector for me. It was under warranty, so no charge for service. Mister Sparky is always quick to respond to requests, to answer questions especially as I transfer my sisters estate. I can't recommend them enough.

Mr. Sparky had an opening the same day I called, which worked out great for us. Rodney was extremely thorough and explained things to where I understood them. He was great!

Rodney Cossey and Ayden were excellent and professional during my ceiling fan electrical box installation. They offered a safety inspection free of charge and military discount. They'd be my first pick for any future electrical work.

A tree limb ripped my breaker box off the wall, and they came out right away. They replaced it quickly, made sure everything was safe, and took the time to answer all my questions. Super helpful and went above and beyond—highly recommend!
