Keontae did very well explaining the problem with the unit so everything was understandable.. He also completed repairs in a timely matter and didn’t leave a mess behind… He was also very respectfull.

Service was fantastic and fast! Keontae did a great job checking my air conditioning unit, it had been making loud noises when it kicked on and I was worried something was loose. He assured me it was for just needed alittle cleaning. He checked the Freon to make sure it had enough and cleaned the unit of all the debris & dirt that accumulated over the winter months. I will definitely be calling Scott Systems for all my heating and air problems and services.

Justin Cobbs and his helper , Zak Bailey, were professional and awesome. Justin has serviced my systems before and I am very pleased with his service. We have been happy with Scott Systems in general for the three years we have been using them.

John and Grady of Scott Systems installed a new HVAC system at my home on April 22, 2025. They arrived on time, had the old system removed, and the new system installed in a very reasonable amount of time. Upon completion, the old system was disposed of by them and the area in which they were working was left in a clean condition. A view of the system indicates that it was professionally installed. I highly recommend Scott Systems to anyone considering repair or replacement of their HVAC system.

Grady, John, and Keontae did an amazing job replacing and installing a new heat pump and air handler. Everything was installed quickly, they answered all of my questions, and was overall great service.
