I called Pine Bluff Heating and Air to service both of our units serviced for the summer. During the visit, the technician told me that the upstairs unit's blower was going out and was smoking. I called my Home Warranty and they came to check it out so it could be replaced. To our surprise, absolutely NOTHING was wrong with the unit. The technician from PB Heating and Air had unplugged some wires to make the unit inoperable. The technician also did not clean the outside units either. They were full of leaves and debris. I called and reported the technician to PB Heating and Air. They refunded our money. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!! I was so saddened that someone would attempt to defraud us out of hundreds of dollars!!!!

Thank you to Drew for taking to time to explore and fix our complaint with our AC being very loud. For the past two years the employees have said that the new system are loud and there is nothing they can do. Drew listened and made adjustments that made our unit much quieter.

We have been using pbh&a for many years now. They are always here when they say. We’ve never had to wait more than 24 hours. And they have to come a long ways to get to us. Always friendly and professional.

Pine Bluff Heating & Air replaced the old worn out unit in my home and also the one in my parent's home. They gave excellent service and we were completely satisfied! They go that extra mile to make you comfortable!

They have been servicing my house and taking care of my unit and they do a good job. They will get to you as soon as possible. Good people when we need them they are going to do their best to get out and get it done 👍.

Very professional arrived about 25 minutes early, very courteous and made sure they closed the door each time entering or exiting. They made sure everything was working properly before leaving. Definitely glad I went with them for my new unit will use them for my maintenance every year to follow. Gave me a free estimate and was quick to give the estimate as well.

Phil & Blaine were excellent servicemen. They were very knowledgeable about the work at hand. They repaired everything that needed to be repaired in a timely manner. I will definitely recommend their service.

They did a good job. I had a complete replacement of my interior and exterior units and like the work. They went further with cleaning under the interior unit and cleaned the cabinet and grates. My two complaints were i paid for a new pad for the condenser and they used the old one and just put a cap on it without leveling the old one and the new thermostat did not have a bubble level put to it, so it has a slight slant. Not deal breakers and they went above and beyond in other ways. Took about 4 hours from start and was very courteous.

Update- The team showed up and did an amazing job the VERY SAME DAY! Looks awesome, appreciate how Ken called me and immediately has his team do a superb job! Looks fantastic! He also took time to answer my questions and now I have the coolest house on the block. Went from 4 stars to 5 and these guys are Highly recommended, Thanks again PB Heating and Air!
