I called about 8 on Sunday night & left a message.
I got a call back about 15 minutes later & was told a technician would be at my house at 8 Monday mornin. I couldn’t believe it!
My A/C was fixed by 9 Monday morning!
The temperature that day was close to 100.
I was truly happy with Burris A/C!

A big shout out to Burris Heating & Air. Our air conditioner stopped cooling Saturday mid-morning, I called Burris Heating & Air, they were here within 2 hours (if not sooner). The tech located the problem and fixed it in 30 minutes or so. I believe his name was Phillip. He was very knowledgeable of what he was doing, very professional and polite. And since we have a service contract with them, we received a discount.

Burris was prompt and thorough! We were a new customer and they showed up same day. Our technician, Titus, checked our system from top to bottom, and gave us a thorough report of his assessment. He was in and out quickly and tried this best to say quiet since we had a couple of napping kiddos in the house. I could not have asked for a better response or service. I highly recommend!

Burris Heat and Air have been so good to us over the last few years. Always a timely response and honest work. They have replaced and repaired multiple units for us. My experience with Burris Heating and Air was very professional and informative the ladies in the office customer service was very excellent they offer to send a technician out to my home the very same day for a second opinion. I would like to identify the tech, Mr. Hardiman, he was very polite, very knowledgeable and very informative as to what was going on with my central air unit. Which was the exact same info I got from my first technician that I had to come out. My hats off to both companies, you can't ask for better people. Your company and Mr. Garlington crew are the BEST. #1. I would recommend you guys business to everyone that would need your service.

Last night my ac stopped, I called the after hours number and spoke to David He walked me through what to do and the ac came back on
David suggested they come look at it today
I received a text message from Kaleb this morning advising he could come take a look now
He was very prompt on timing, very professional and ensured everything thing was working properly before he left !!

I called at 4 pm stating we had a diagnosed problem from other company whom claimed they could not get part to fix until next week. The lady that answered the phone was prompt, quick and KIND! She called us back and told us someone would be out later. Shawn came out around 8 and worked to get us up and running. He was very respectful and you could tell knowledgeable. Even with the after hours call it was still cheaper than what we were charged earlier. We couldn’t be more pleased. Your employees earned 10 stars with us! Thank you so much and I’m happy to know I have an HVAC company to share with friends and continue to use.

Came out same day and was very helpful! Titus was very knowledgeable and diagnosed my problem very quickly. He did some digging and found out the part I needed still had a couple of months left under warranty which saved us big time! He explained everything in a way I could understand it and let me know what I should expect when they come back to replace my evaporator coil! Would definitely recommend!

Today was my first time using Burris. I was so nervous because past experiences with other companies have been expensive and the techs have been rude and condescending but Burris was totally different.
Titus was my tech and he was so polite, so courteous, and so helpful! He got me up and going in no time! I called at 1pm, on a 103 degree day when everyone was having ac problems and he was at my house at 645 pm! I know he was tired and hot and ready to go home but he didn’t rush and listened to my concerns.
My family is so appreciative of Titus!!! Thank you so so much for fixing our ac! We highly recommend Burris!

The LG Mini-Split quote was reasonable; Burris team arrived on time & did a great job of installing & startup. Very pleased so far with the work. This is the second time we have used them. Bought the first one last year at a different studio
