I can give a five star review on installation because they did a very good job. But the warranty and repair work down the road is still yet to be noted. Good group of installers.

I am so appreciate to get service on the same day that I requested it! Titus did an exceptional job on the repair and he put preventative measures in place to ensure I won't incur the same problem. He even explained and showed photos to support the issue and he shows after photos of the resolved problem. I have found a new Heating & Air Company and the name is Burris H&A! Thank you.

The technician verified and documented all key aspects of the system, carefully explained each step and why the part needed replacement, and provided the service at a reasonable cost. He left us feeling confident that our system is sound and ready for the season.

Update: my ac broke and they were able to come the same day! It was late in the day and the gentlemen didn’t have the necessary tools to do what needed to be done. It was a hot mess something they have never seen….Tiddus was the gentlemen that came and he came back the next day to get us right! He got our ac back up and running in no time! He was very kind and did an amazing job thank you Tiddus!

Called on a hot weekend. Left a message. I was called back and told someone would be there soon. He came, fixed my A/C, brought the part ( that he had in his truck)he had replaced to show me what was wrong. ANTS. Repairman was friendly and courteous. Even spread some ant poison i had on hand for me.

Burris’ team, who installed my new A/C unit, was the most thorough and professional I have ever experienced! My electrical, PVC plumbing, and copper had to be upgraded/corrected, and it was all within their original estimate, which was the lowest of four estimates. I was looking for a low cost with superior installation and equipment, so I chose Burris. Their initial inspection was very detailed, their work was excellent, and their equipment, Carrier, is a leading brand that I have been familiar with for decades. They also have a quality control followup inspection, which the others did not have, and it will be completed in a few days. I can’t complement them enough! Melissa, who answered my initial phone call, was extremely helpful and explained the process with knowledge and patience. Wow, so thankful for Burris!

Burris was awesome and got our unit back up and running. Phillip was awesome and kept working at it until it was cooling like it should. He was polite and kept me updated on what was going on Although it took much longer to repair than expected they didn't charge more than the originally quoted price.

They show up when they say they will, and they tell you upfront approximately how much the bill is going to be. And that's usually the price that you pay.

One of, if not, the best companies I've done business with here in Central Arkansas. They communicate well, answer all questions you might have and don't try to upsell you on things you don't need. Highly recommend these guys for any and all HVAC issues you need taken care of.

I have called Burris 3 different times for service. They always show up when they say and the technicians are great. They diagnosis and explain what the problem is and take care of it. I have no problem recommending them to anyone. In fact we now use them for service at my work.

The guys came out today and put in my new HVAC system. Great service and great craftsmanship. They stayed until they get it perfect. Had to revamp the whole area to get in the right way. Changed the intake air and even made it bigger! Had to get the drain just right too! They explained everything that the new system does and how to operate it to get peak performance. Love you guys. David, you have got a wonderful team. They even put up with our dogs and probably got filmed by the back door neighbor!!

The technician showed up and said that he wasn’t familiar with my in wall gas heater. Everything was working when he got hear so he really didn’t do anything and said he would leave the ticket open. He didn’t charge me anything so I couldn’t complain but would have felt better if he know how to clean my pilot light.
