    Don't waste your time on this company. Unreliable and unprofessional. Owner says he will do something but doesn't follow through or respond. Poor customer service.

    Great installation on two new A/C units a few years ago but thy are very unreliable when there is an appointment to recharge the system. Had an appointment two weeks ago that no one ever came to or called me. When I called to see what happened they said they were sick, lol. People get sick but they usually call and reschedule the appointment or have a different employee come do the service call. Very disappointing to have to hire a different company but I can't wait weeks to have cool air when it's so hot. I would not recommend this company do to the lack of reliable customer service.
