Lousy group of individuals. Backstory: My parents GE washer stopped spinning. Matthew came out 5 times and still could not get it to spin after taking my paremts old motherboard out and replacing it with new ones. He didn't look at the mechanics at all. They have given my parents the run around and have not refunded my parents after ruining their washer, which still will not spin. The repairman, Matthew, brought in two motherboards that never corrected the issue of my parents washer not spinning. My parents have called to inquire about a refund, but the receptionist, Kevin, keeps saying, "I don't know. I dont know when the owner will show up. She just shows up." Where is the refund? My parents washer still isn't functional.
My dad is an Air Force Veteran and my parents are in their 60s. Is this how you treat your customers? When they call, you just don't answer even though the call is number one in the queue. AVOID THIS BUSINESS!
Take your business elsewhere. I don't support this local disgrace of a business. You reap what you sow.

UPDATE 1/17/2026:
My husband called the number that Jeremy Fairchild left on a previous review, and left a voicemail. Jeremy never returned the call. This has been about two weeks ago. How would you feel if you paid $500+ to have your washing machine repaired, the repairman only changed the motherboard, only used an electronic diagnostic device, didn't look at the belt or anything else, and the washer is still not functional? Jeremy, would you stand for this? Probably not. My mother is still trying to figure out how to wash her clothes and how she will pay for a new dryer. How can you be about service customer and provide mediocre service.

My ice maker was making a loud noise and Carl from Central One came out to investigate the problem. Of course, the noise from the ice maker did not manifest itself while he was here and so we had a very nice discussion of possible issues with nothing conclusive revealed. That was an expensive discussion because it cost me close to $300 so I am not sure I made the right decision in this instance.

We've used them 3 times now, I think. I couldn't find electrical in the list but they DO have an electrician. They replaced a light once, replaced our breaker box, and most recently, they repaired our dishwasher. Each time I researched the estimates if I had some idea as to what it was. Each time they were within $150 of what I found in the research (keep in mind I am NOT a pro) and I think that's reasonable. They were very good at communicating what they were doing as well.

Central One’s technician came out to fix my stove and was unable to do anything because, according to him, my stove does not have a serial number. I was then charged despite no service being performed.

If having a serial number is required for service, that should have been clearly communicated when I made the appointment. I would have appreciated knowing this ahead of time so my time and money were not wasted.

Central one service came and fixed my washing machines fast! I have only let central one service company service my washing machine and from the last time until today it's been two years since I need service Again! I can honestly say this company is this company to choose for your homes appliances in my opinion! The service is hands down, I say is the best I was able to wash every day for two years until I needed service Again! Great 👍 company and great service thank you central one service company, thank you Kevin, for your professionalism and thank you The service guy,that repaired my unit today, I think his name was Matthew, not sure, but thank you! and thank the first guy that fixes it two years ago! Thank him Also!

Called after hours about the ice maker in our fridge went out and had a tech dispatched next day. Carl was the service tech, tons of experience, friendly and efficient. As soon as the part was available he had us up and going in short order. Highly recommend.

Pleased with our experience! The tech arrived on-time. He quickly diagnosed a part we had attempted to DIY as faulty. He shared the part number of a higher quality thermistor so we could easily replace it ourselves and save money in the process. That is always appreciated. The diagnostic fee was also lower than other companies we called. Would recommend and call again for other appliance repair.

Brian came out checked my washer, said it would be cheaper to replace it. I appreciated his honesty, unfortunately he neglected to tighten the line which caused a water leak. My washroom is over my garage, so due to the water leak, my garage motor got fried. I call Kevin the very next day and he assured me they would take care of the damages. Long story short after 10 days Jeremy (the owner) never called and Kevin told me he can’t control Jeremy and hung up in my face. This company is very unprofessional and I wouldn’t recommend them to my worst enemy.
