Best appliance repair service I’ve ever had. 12/10 recommend. I will continue to use them as long as they’re in business.

Ryan was very prompt and professional and knows what he is doing. We called him out because our dryer wasn’t doing it’s job and wanted the dryer exhaust cleaned. What he found do to us not knowing shocked us. When he tore down the dryer we where close to having our dryer catch on fire because the lint buildup was really bad. Some of the lint had actually been burnt and the dryer and exhaust was to the max which could had burnt our house down and possibly be our lives. Can’t tell you how professional he is and considerate he was about letting us know that we need to service yearly for our use and six months with heavier us. Please do not neglect your service on your dryer and call what I consider the most professional and knowledgeable person I’ve had the pleasure of using. Thank you Ryan you are a blessing.

Best experience with a vendor ever. Big shout out to Ryan for a job well done. It would not have been cost affective or wise to perform repairs on my 15 yo refrigerator. Ryan diligently documented each repair so I could forward to my insurance company for a replacement. Luckily I had just changed Insurance carrier to one that had an appliance repair rider that I took advantage of. They paid for a new refrigerator and service call less a $500 deductible. Great experience with Q&K and I highly recommend them....

Ryan is amazing at his job! I have never been more impressed in regards to appliance repair. Not only was he prompt, he was a good business owner. Our fan died in our refrigerator around 6pm. He answered his phone right away and came the next day. Ryan was extremely thorough. He came out the following day on his own time to re-check some readings that he had gotten the day before. Turns out that 2 sensors had gone out in both the fridge and freezer. If he hadn’t caught that we would have easily had to call another time to fix the freezer. We had to order a part for the fridge and the day it came in, he came and finished the job! I cannot describe how truly impressed my family was by his service, demeanor, and overall excellent customer service. I will highly recommend him to anyone that needs any type of appliance repair!

Ryan Krown was outstanding to work with this week! Our dryer would not heat and Ryan very thoroughly checked it and had to order parts. He got them the next day and after a very long day came over and installed the parts and cleaned the awful lent buildup we had. We were so pleased with his work ethic, expertise and just overall customer service. We will call again with any other appliance issues and are recommending him to our neighborhood, friends and family. Thanks Ryan!

After six months of not being able to use one of my double ovens and using a previous appliance repairman who was not able to diagnose the problem, I reached out to Ryan at Quick and Kind, and he diagnosed the problem and repaired my lower oven in a timely manner. It was so nice to be able to use my lower oven again. He is very professional, dependable, and knowledgeable. I highly recommend him.

Quick & Kind was recommended to me by a friend from our church. Ryan was very knowledgeable, quickly diagnosed the leakage problem with our refrigerator, obtained the parts (one of which had to be ordered) and completed the job the next day after receiving the parts. While waiting for the parts, he temporarily fixed the leak. Everything was above board, fair prices were given before work was done, no surprise charges, was on time for both visits. All in all a very professional job - the kind of company anyone would be glad to do business with. I highly recommend them.

Technician, Ryan efficiently diagnosed the problem with our washer. He recommended several ways our washer could be fixed, always keeping cost in mind. His service call rate is very reasonable. Ryan is professional, knowledgeable and friendly.

Ryan sets the standard for professionalism for all businesses to emulate, from the initial call to schedule the appointment, to when he left. Ryan was very thorough while troubleshooting my washer and even explained to myself what to look for in the future should I have any problems. I would highly recommend them.
