Ryan came out on January 21st and did an amazing job on our refrigerator. He absolutely went above and beyond and he is a very kind and sufficient repair man. If you need anything done give Ryan a call.

I would leave 10 or more stars if it were possible! Ryan was quick, kind and very knowledgeable. Even though it is better for me to replace my appliance rather than fix it, I have no doubt he would've done a perfect job. I have only 1 regret...that is that we didn't find him sooner! I chose him based off his reviews and highly recommend you do the same.

This company came out when I was at work and the service tech (Ryan) was honest, didn’t try to tell my wife things she needed stuff she didn’t need, took care of us, and saved us from buying a dryer. Thank you guys for your honest work and being able to trust my family with you guys. You will be recommended to everyone I know and we will use you guys for anything and everything we need!

Quick and Kind did an excellent job. Ryan came out multiple times and was very knowledgeable about what was going on. He let us know exactly what needed to be done and what the cost would be. He was always on time and after his 3rd visit he was able to fix all of our problems. He is very polite and reasonable. Very grateful for Quick and Kind!

Awesome response time for repairs. Ryan was (is) very knowledgeable at his job as his people skills. Very polite and courteous. He explained every step he took and found the problem quickly. The motor had gone out on the dishwasher. When the part arrived he was quick to install. Two days after work was done I had an issue with soap suds in dishwasher. I called Ryan and he came and rechecked everything. He did not leave until it was resolved. Ryan explained his policy of his having to come back so soon. He would not charge me anything. To me this company is AWESOME and I will recommend him to anyone that asks about appliance repair.

Ryan was a breath of fresh air at my service call today. He is knowledgeable about appliances. I’ve had my share of incompetent services, both inside and outside. All around great company and service. Arrived on time, polite and professional and a pleasant attitude. Went straight to work. Diagnosed the problem problem quickly. Unfortunately the machine was over 15 years old and wasn't worth fixing. I highly recommend this company. I will definitely call them again. Can't beat them. AAA++

Ryan was quick and prompt. He repaired our stovetop, burnt out element under glasstop and gave me an easy repair for our refrigerator that had a clogged drain line saving $. Ok I did not have them repair anything but, I did talk to Ryan on the phone and he was very professional and helpful. My washer needed a pump so I ordered it online and decided to change it myself. With that being said Ryan was very helpful with the questions I had and I feel a little bad about fixing it myself but I am always up for a personal challenge. Moving forward if I encounter things that are out of my realm of capability I will definitely be using them and also I will be recommending them to anyone who asks me. Like I said there was no repair performed by them but just the 2 phone interactions alone proved to me that they are a stand up well priced company !

I was having a horrendous experience with Sears Home services. I needed a drain motor for my washer. After collecting a large fee and telling me the part would be sent to me and they would come back. After 21 days of No part and conversation with AI and bots, I was referred to Quick & Kind. I called and spoke to Cindy, explained my problem and she called me back in a few minutes to say she sourced 5 pumps. I scheduled the repair and like 36 hours later repair was done! The Company name represents them very well. They were very friendly and efficient. The son also is very pleasant and did a great job. I would highly recommend them for all repairs. Price was very reasonable also. Needless to say, I am still fighting Sears for a refund.

My husband and I were very pleased with the service we got from Ryan today. Just like the name says, he got to us quickly and was kind AND very thorough. He fixed our washing machine and explained everything he did. We highly recommend using him for your repairs!

Brodie and team were very kind, informative, and helpful! He explained things very well and gave me a lot of great tips on protecting pipes. They were very prompt and reasonably priced. I highly recommend this company!

Service request was to replace water valve, quote evidently did not include the parts (valve). Then left the old valve on the ground by the house, which is double trouble. Not only not cleaning behind service, but left a lawn mower hazard.
